This happened a few months ago in C-net on Flurry
Dude: Hi
ME: Waz up?
Dude: Can I get a buff?
ME: Sure 12K
Dude: okay ... here ya go
(I wait about 45 seconds)
Dude: You gonna buff me?
ME: Sure, just waiting on the money.
Dude: I tipped you.
ME: I havn't recieved it? How did you tip?
Dude: I banked tipped!!!
ME: I never got it. Check the log.
Dude: I got a recept. I will sent it to you
(I get a forwared bank tip reciept from him in like 1 second)
ME: Dude you have to be kidding right?
Dude: Buff me D****T
Exact E-Mail - (> >AlchemistJacob has recieved 12000 credits ... blah blah) My name is just Alchemist. Who the %^& is Jacob. He had just added my name to an old reciept.
Me: Umm.. do u think i am retarted?
Dude: Buff me you theif!!!
ME: Tip me Lier!!

Then he runs around C-Net and just rants and raves.
He then get in other docs line. I send a tell to all the docs not to buff. he stands in line for at least 30 in min in 4 lines andcoudn't get a buff anywhere.
