I'm a Master Doctor and I craft all my own medicines. I think this is a cool idea.... But I hope you don't mind if I add something.

Add a new item that is crafted by the doctor called "Medical Enhancement Applicator". Once crafted, the doctor would then be able to take one buff pack of each stat and drop it into the Applicator (much like the current loot kits). The buffpacks would disappear into the applicator and the applicator would display the stats of the buffs if you were to examine it. The number of charges would be determined by the buffpack with the lowest number of charges on it.

The doctor could then use the Medical Enhancement Applicator to simultaneously apply all 6 buffpacks in one action.

I personally think that idea is crap for pvp, whats the point of dying in the gcw, if you can clone and have 24 people instantly buffed, no one will ever take a base, at least now with cloner runs people are unbuffed
