Why would they want to take that business away from Chef's and BE's? They wouldn't, and so they most likely wont.
Well, make havla usable in adding speed to the "Buffpack".
And by that i mean using Havla as Optional addin to the buffpack while creating it.
There is always ways if one has imagination.
Which sadly ain't strong part of SOE.

Yeah I've heard the idea mentioned once or twice before, but to be honest I'm not really for it - I think it would take something away from the crafting side of the profession, which is quite involved and intense at the moment. The 'quick craft' to a super buff pack isn't necessary in my opinion... however I'd be interesting in seeing limited use buff packs of this nature as quest rewards - rather than full scale implementation, what d'ya reckon Ohopo?

Yes, exactly, the crafting part. I told that it MUST take equal time and resources( I would even say more time and more resources) to make this new typebuffpack, so the people who like to craft will still get this feeling
. Also, yeah, community is nice, you can chat and everything, but these lines(perhaps you're not on very populated server) are way to big. And yes my alt is a doc and I buff myself with no lines

Sounds like a good idea to me. Maybe it would decrease some on the congestion in front of starport in Cornet.

here is a idea for most of you and it's what i like to do
go sit out front of the cnet cantina!
everyone runs there first to heal their bf before buffs, catch them before they run back to the starport, you'll see the increase in sales and the decrease in congestion a the starport.
personally i'd like to see a shift in the location where docs sit and buff people. there is nothing more annoying that trying to get through cnet and encountering the mass lag at the starport and cantina
would be nice if everyone sort of spread out a little bit there, lol
------------
and for the buff pack idea, i think it sounds good to me for the most part. personally i'd use that type of pack for VIP. but yes at the same time we'd need to keep the BE and chefs mind, havla could still be used for regular buffs of course, however 99.9% of the time i never use havla just cause it messes up my stomach fill and bivoli rotation and is not worth just being able to use it for 3 buff sets.
my suggestions:
- change havla heal amounts or have it just last for say 10 min like bivoli
- create a all in 1 buff pack that would still require sections from a chef or whatever to assemble
- allow stackable BE clothing for buffing
just my 2 cents

A "green combined pack" and a "red combined pack" were directly shot down in Beta 3. They were proposed as a replacement, not an addition though.
Honestly, ther are too many items in medic and Doc already.. 30 jillion fiddly bits for a progression of items nobody uses except the top ones.
Dumping all the A-D packs, and replacing with "Green" and "red" packs would make life so much easier...
Same with WOund packs
Hell, make them take the same amount of time to make in a factory as 3 singles, make them use the same number of materials /componets and parts as the 3 subpacks . The inventory savings alone would make my life so much better.

They need to fix resist C medpacks!
balancing resist power duration and absorption takes too many points
They need to combine some of those experimentation lines.
Even still, the best resources on my server for resist c's aren't as effective as a resist c, yet.

I have to disagree there. We docs haveit easy, crafting wise.CMs have always had to decide where to spendtheir experimentation points. As a CM, I canmake a high potency DoT with moderateeffectiveness, a highly effective DoT with lower potency, a longer range DoT, etc. As a doc, with the exception of resist buffs, the choice of where to spend my experimentation points is obvious.Personally, I think our stat buffs should have separate lines for power and duration. True, on most servers, resist B's can be made stronger than C's. C's still have the advantage of an absorption rating. I think this is one thing that was done well. We are forced to decide what stat is needed for the situation. When there's one easy way to craft something that is obviously the "best" we end up with a product that is out of balance. I've always thought that we should have to make more decisions when it comes to experimenting.

There are many stuff that master doc's don't craft at all. Something needs to be changed! Really appreciate responds above! I am working on other idea, so I am taking all your sayings here in account!

I personally think that idea is crap for pvp, whats the point of dying in the gcw, if you can clone and have 24 people instantly buffed, no one will ever take a base, at least now with cloner runs people are unbuffed
