Giving Master Doctor more healing power is a good solution, but reducing 4xxx effectiveness I feel would be crippling a lot of templates that otherwise go down in a few hits. Thats just my 2 cts

imo 4xxx doc = 4xxx jedi healer, so all doc should equal all jedi healer in the ways of heals, all cm should equal jedi healer in ways of debuffs

If there is anyone mathematically minded out there, on the TC,perhaps you could test an altered version of the old forumula for Bacta Shot. its hard to be sure with only 2 samples for each point but here it is anyway:
For advanced bacta shot:
306 x ln ( HE ) + 119 = Heal
Forimproved bacta shot:
430 x ln ( HE ) -487 = Heal
where HE is heal efficency, the forumulas are lifted of pre patch 19 info on all heals done a little while back - i have just assumed that the basic math would be similar, and the values and multiples would change for an improved or advanced bacta shot. i suppose basic must be different again?

i figured this out to be about +165 heal eff
as i am right now (Mdoc/MM/MR) i avg. about 900 heal with b-shot and i have +125 /w +13 heal eff shirt its +138
with +165 /w +13 = +178 heal eff i will be able to cure cancer
Any chance you'd like to give us a Novice doc or 2000 version of this too?
From +125 heal eff adding +13 heal eff shirt and a +110 droid I have noticed some increase in the amount of healing. As far as diminished returns I can see the higher you get the less you get...but you still get it.

The cool thing is, if I don’t like it I can always change my temp.
