How much do you guys usually sell a single Health or Action Wound B for? I know it depends on the server, but I am curious the about the approximate price.

In Bloodfin I sell all my Woundpacks B for 2.5k each. All made with advanced components, allover 200 power.

Just a question, but why would anyone need power over 200 for the secondaries? I'm making 50ish use 150ish power ones which sell, rightfully so much better than when i did high power ones ... even on health and action ...

I'm doing B packs with P19/C17 ABECs, P19 CRDMs, P72 ASDS, OQ990/PE942 Beans, and OQ984/PE975 Radioactive...and I'm a 12 point crafter.....but I'm only hittinga base of 179. Would you mind sharing your recipe? I'm curious as to how you're getting that last 21+ points.

My advice would be to not use the radioactive as you inorg. It has no UT so you are loosing charges if you pair it with the beans.

Second, the last 21 points is just about the resouces (beans/radio)and your Power on the ABEC is kinda low if your maxing it out first. I am not on your server so it hard to say for sure.

Lastly, 99% of buyers of wound packs dont really care about the stats very much. They are just thankful that they dont have to run to a different vendor looking for them. I started makingE'sand selling them in large crates. I found that many doc just like not having to shop very often and are willing to over kill on power so they get more charges so they dont have to go hunting for wound packs.

Quite true-but my question is really targeted not at charges, but at base heal, which the combined OQ/PE of the Beans/Radioactive does effect. The relative loss of charges by choosing the Radioactive isbetween3-6 charges total on the pack...

Ths still only makes any sense at all if the PE of the radioactive exceeds the PE of the organic. If you are using a 970 OQ/970 PE organic, I would rather combine this with a 990 OQ/500 UT metal than a 990OQ/990PE radioactive. The Radio only bumps the average PE up by 10, which is nothing compared to the reduced charges.

Of course, if you have a 990OQ/990PE radioactive, you could go out and look for a very high OQ wood. This radioactive would combine extremely well with a 990OQ wood (which are fairly common) and whatever UT you get out of the wood would be a bonus.

Once again, I'd like to return to the original question: What is being used to get the BASE over 200 on packs made with CRDMs? I understand how charges are compromised in the pack configuration I listed-what I don't understand is how...unless his server's spawns of Lokian Wheat, Tatooinian Fiberplast, Talusian Water, and Dantooine Berries are considerably better then mine...how he's getting over 200 as his base. P193 ALS' are about the best ever possible on Tempest with the resources we've had spawned and-as I mentioned earlier-P25/C18 ABEC's are about the best ever possible on Tempest.

To be honest I was lazy on the last run and as a result of the laziness the charges were down by 3-4 from my norms. But charges aren't my question...and UT does not affect power-OQ and PE do. The resources being used for the final combine start the packs at 28% for the effectiveness/base and end up maxed out for a even a 10 point master-assuming they have no good successes or failures. My question was, and remains, how did he get to 200+ power? I'm trying to determine if-as I suspect-it's a difference in the ABEC and ALS resources on his server...and I would lean towards the ALS resources because their power contribution is the most significant of the three components.

i cant recall off the top of my head what i used, but i think its along the lines of

ABECs 22/17 (chrg/pwer)

ASDS Pwr 72

CRDM Pwr20

Used some fruit thats like 993/1000 in oq/pe caled ako (it might be pe/oq i cant remember)

andinorganic was some 990+ in OQ and 950+ i think in the ut

ALS arent in WoundPacks? or am i being very stupid

DOH! I'm asleep at the wheel. I was talking to someone about stim packs a while ago. Of course, you're absolutely right-it's ASDS' in woundpacks.

Thanks for everyone pointing to the UT on this. I haven't looked at the stats for the packs in a long time and had COMPLETELY spaced the fact that 14% of the power for a pack is contributed by UT. DOH!

Excuse me while I go stand in the corner and try to bludgeon the stupidity out of myself.

EDIT:

Since I was at my office when I wrote this yesterday and I couldn't log in to SWG, I went to an on-line site to check the stats to look at the recipe for the Wound-B. Regretfully, the one I pulled up was wrong and had UT as a contributor to base/effectiveness. When I got on line last night I immediately looked at the stats and it is not in the mix for base/effectiveness. After looking at Gerrvin's resources/components, I think I have my answer.
