If it really true that they stealth nerfed this to punish the dabblers. well... all i have to say is WHAT THE F**K..
WHY NOT FIX THE DABBLERS in BH and CH first?!!
if anything they should make it so enhance Ds used by non-docs cant go above 1500-2000... while a master doc can buff up to 2500!!!

This is happening to me as well. Mine should be at 77, but when I pull them from a crate they are 92. Which makes them unusable for me.
