I finally got to buffing last night. I didn't realise how much XP you get from pressing one F key. 6k medical experienced per buff! Amazing.
Basically as TK I did tonnes of Janta/Mokk missions to earn 700k (bout 1 or 2 hours work). Then went to buy 6 crates of buffs (5 sets with 31 uses). 92k each i think. Finally found a bivoli vendor, bought a crate of that for 120k.
Anyways, tested it on my friend, I was buffing 1800+ 3.5 hrs for 6k, so I decided to see if anyone would be interested. I made sure everyone knew my buffs where pretty crap, but didn't release their power increases 200+ points a level. Now I can buff 2259+ for 3.5 hrs and charge 10k. I buff entertainers/doctors quickness free, heal free and generally try to be nice and helpful. As everyone has said, doctor's aren't the richest anyone with an average combat class, can make a ton more money. But being doc doesn't require moving, and can be both relaxing and exciting. I really enjoy it...makes a very welcome change for KD janta - Unarmedhit3.
I agree strongly with the guy who said you shouldn't be too nice to newbies, they do demand and expect a lot if you do. I now tip newbs 10k if I think they need it. No more, cos they can ruin the game hassling you all the time.

buff prices only will go up due to how much you have to pay for resources.....buff prices go up because your supplier charges you alot for resources .....please see my thread to employ me....i charge lower than most scouts that are out for a buck...thanks alot....
