Most players know that to get a rez you need to (A) be grouped with said doc or (B) consent the doc using /consent. Always thought this was kind if funny how a corpse can consent to anything, you don’t see docs in real live standing over someone yelling “CONSENT, CONSENT, I CAN’T SAVE YOU UNLESS YOU TYPE /CONSENT”.
No but.. as they are rolling yourhalf dead body into the hospital a nurse shoves a pen into your hand demanding that you sign all 100 consent pages in triplicate.
Its so much easier in the star wars universe

"you don’t see docs in real live standing over someone yelling “CONSENT""
You obviously have not take CPR training lately - now they teach you to ask for permission (yes iRL) to help someone (choking or drawning? how??) - so they don't SUE YOU for attempting to help!!! Welcome to America of 21st century...

REZING JEDI:
Rezing Jedi is different that rezing normal players, Jedi must give the /consent command or a doc cannot rez him even if he/she is grouped with said doc. I do not think this is a bug because when trying to rez a Jedi that has not /consented me I get the message “your Jedi target must consented you” or something like that. I found out someone was a jedi this way one time this way, he had no robes, no light saber out, and no Jedi tag up, but when I tried to rez him I got “your Jedi target must consented you”. I do not know but suspect being rezed by a doc will add to your visibility on the terms. Remember before doing something that will put you in danger consent all the docs that you are with.
You can also test who is a jedi by using the /forcetransfer command. Only players with Novice Padawan and up can be the target of this skill

The point of the post is that Jedi always have to give consent. Maybe that is because some Jedi can self-rez and may not want a doc in their group or on their consent list to do it for them.
and I am trying to telling you that that statement is not correct. I do not have to always give consent to get a rez. Maybe people in my group have rezzed me and I was not on my consent list.
are you a jedi... if you say yes, you are a LIAR!

If the Jedi was conscious in real life, you would send the a tell .. if they want you to rez them, they will /consent. If not .. then they will clone.
My experience in rezzing/buffing Jedi ... I will rarely ever do it again. Most are out for themselves and will not stick by to help you once you are TEF'd. I'm not saying ALL are like this, just most. On more than one occasion, I've buffed and rezzed several Jedi .. only ONE stood by me in case someone showed up. I won't do either unless I know and trust the Jedi. I've been killed too many times that way and it's ridiculous.

Hehe, this really is worth remembering. Got my whole party killed on the corvette because we forgot to get our Jedi's
consent before taking on 4 SBD's. Nice ceiling in there tho
