It saves you from going to a big city to get it done. If you want to use some sort of math to figure out the tip, what would it cost you to travel to Coro and back and wait 30 minutes+. The return trip to Coro from Yavin is almost 5k.Put it this way, even if he was going to buff you for 5k, you should have given him 50k anyway.Spend at least one buff on Dant in a solo group before you go back to the caves.
I know why he left the bottom of the geo cave... he's helpful. I would have too in that situation. Just my nature, I guess.
Simply put, lets say that normal price for a buff is 15k, 50k - 15k = 35k. The poster has 5k, and is still owed 30k IMO.
Given the amount of pissing whining and ranting going on, Im more inclined to believe that this guy decided to stiff the doc and try to get the buffs anyway, by getting the doc out to where he was, figuring he wouldnt see that he was mistipped, or that he would just buff anyway since he was there.
If he truely did think it was 5k instead of 50k, hell learn to read. When someone quotes you a really wierd price for something, usually you look twice to make sure you read it properly, not just assume that the bizarre price was correct.
I am totally on the side of the doctor here, only I wouldnt have come up from the caves to buff the guy, Id have told him to go back to coronet and get a buff.

Alot of people here are saying i am wrong for making him come from the bottom of the geo cave. I did not know he was at the bottom of the cave. he was less than a 100m from the entrance to me i miss read i made a mistake i can't afford to pay 50k andi don't wanna spend a few hours on dant getting money. Because your all suggesting this and all i wanted was to kill things at the geo for loot nothing more.

1) at the bottom or past the first kwi, he still went out of his way to come for your sake
2) so were you expecting a 1/10 of the buff? I wouldn't give you a partial buff for partial payment either
3) again, if 5k is too much for you maybe you should just visit yavin for the POI's
4) stealing would be if he reached into your inventory and took your money, which is impossible. you GAVE it to him
5) blasphemy is quite a strong word imo, but you still wasted his time because of YOUR mistake
