There are many docs tat buff for free, or for tips, even at master.

Thy show up here often in the pay for buffs threads.

I would agree it was the docs fault (in general). Because, even if all docs charge every time, how was the poster to know if the doc was charging 4, 6, 15k?

If he had 6k and the doc said 12k, then we still ahve the same problem... that is what makes it te doc's fault.

The simple fact is, Buffs cost doctors money to make, thus they cost money to you the buffee. Why would I want to spend time and money to make something and then give it out for Free? The only people that get free buffs are my guild mates, because they inturn harvest meats for me to make them, if not no one gets them for free. In this case both parties are at fault both assuming. one assuming its out of the kindness that he getting a free buff, the other assuming this guy doesn't know buffs cost money. Both are idiots. There for always look out for yourself and always get money before the buff is applied.

First of all, My Guild did back me up. Just because i did not say that doesnt mean they didnt support me. Yes they did talk to me, i told them my story, WAS willing to repay the person who payed the doc off and everything was ok.

Oh, i also didnt mention that the reason the guy payed the doc off was because he threatend to go to the forums and put are Guild down and tell everyone not to buff us. I could even name him if i wanted to but that would just be lowering myself to his level.

Oh and Arcdischarge? ive beenplaying this game probably since before you even realized the name of the game. Or maybe not. Why does it matter. ive been reading these posts since before the game came out. Number of posts do not matter, perhaps i just like playing the game more rather than coming here and voicing my opinion. Personally i do not like all the flames. i only did this because i did not want my Guild to get Flamed for anything. They have been good to me. And i Seriously hope the Doc who buffed me comes and posts. i would like to thank him again for buffing me. Just next time, my advise is that he tell me the price. The amount does not bother me. if i need to be buffed, i will pay.

To me this is just a sign of false advertisement!

So what are you saying, that doctors dont give out free buffs for the xp? ive personally been buffed more than 10 times and ive only had to pay 2 times. The doctors who made me pay estabilished a price before hand. It could go either way. If price is not asked for before hand, then the doctor is foolish to buff. ALWAYS GET THE MONEY BEFORE HAND!

Well, im a master doc on scylla, and personally i do not always charge for buffs. Then again, i also dont overprice my stims as most docs do. Doc didnt tell you a price, his screw up. For the rest of the doctors calling this person an idiot because the doctor who buffed him didnt tell him a price, you can go to hell too. Not every doctor charges. And call me a fool for not charging, but i make more then enough money selling stims, and hunting. If any docs have an issue with my standpoint, name is the same on scylla. Please feel free to look me up.

Thank you EspiritoOmega, not many docs will see my point. You have also given me a new policy, i will always pay Docs for buffs from now on regardless of them asking price. I like most doctors, and i guess they do have to put time and money into making them.

If im ever on Your server i will be sure to look you up!

Most doctors can't Buff until they are a master doctor anyways because of the medical use XP they need to apply the buff, and if your already a master doctor you need no more XP. Just to let you know (getting my info from my server StarSider) I good set of 30 use buffs for all six stats will cost me just about 120K. That means I can 30 people for all six stats. If i charge 6k per person I make 180K, a profit of only 40k, in the hour or more it takes to buff all 30 people. I can just about hunt in groupls and make more then that on Dath, Endor, or Lok. If you can make your own buffs then thats great but its hard to find good resources with all the Holo grinders taking all the resources to grind the profession and then dump it to go on to the next.
