ok my take on all this is the prob we have now is people are way to use to soloing things thay should never be able to in the first place. you do not need to be buffed to do missions withen your skill lvl. People are just use to doing "group" missions solo for the higher pay outs but in truth you can still go to other planets and do lesser missions without buffs and armor.

but yes if you "need" to do the higher pay out missions solo then yes you need buffs from docs. but that is your choice.

now im not saying there isnt probs with docs and buffing. but in your case its your goals that are out of range not a "dependence" on docs. because your creating your own dependence by wanting to solo things you should not be able to in the first place.

Yes he may have carried on advertising to sell buffs so what, he probably missed you tip and tell I know I have had ppl tell me 2 or 3 times before i have noticed the tells and i know i have missed ppl tipping me, so get off your high horse and stop being all high and mighty.

I don't like ppl tipping me before I ask and if the person tips me and I miss it and i can't find the tip in all the spam tough i won't buff ppl who can't prove they have payed.

ppl who bank tip in advance are better tho at least you know who hastipped you !!

Oh and don't piss off the doc by tipping in advance thats the simple solution or u may not get what you payed for!!

As for why people are focusing in on the whole 'need buffs to play' idea, it's because they feel it is simply untrue and they'd like to voice their thoughts on that matter the same as you did regarding your stolen creds.

Report him er that would be wrong without proof he was ignoring ppl, and doc get so many tells you can easily miss tips and stuff.

it can be tell hell at times, and why would a doc who is advertising for customers intentionally ignore a customer come on thing about it before posting!!

Simply put they would not, and he most likey missed the tip, I know I have many many times ppl even ignore my "DON'T TIP IN ADVANCE" spam, not my fault if they ignore it and I miss the tip!!

I can see the frustration, but I do stuff all the time unbuffed. I've been on Endor with a group of friends, unbuffed, been Krayt hunting unbuffed (started buffed, but died), been Kimo hunting unbuffed with friends. Group with people you know and understand the game. It isn't all that bad. There are certainly areas that require buffs, both doctor and entertainer, but often times, people want the doctor buffs for easy kills.

As for the crappy customer service, don't be mad at all doctors. Some are honest people trying to make an honest living and there is a high demand for their services, so please be patient. I know that often I am overwhelmed by the line I might get and do my best to get to each and every person as quickly as possible.

True that... I have a char that's 0 1 1 1 TKA and with average armor and some stim-B's I can take out quenker lairs solo, earning about 2300 XP each quenker. If I'm careful, I can even solo Pikets.

Buffs make parts of the game waaaaaaaay too easy. But they're NOT necessary.

I went to the genossian lab with my guild with my doctor char. We had two doctors, but people fell and buffs were lost. We went on anyway, rezzing and healing instead of relying on mega buffs, and we accomplished our mission.
