Ninja buffing tumbling is malicious and is obviously griefing. I don't care what arguments you make about it, how they should appreciate having better stats or how we should blame the devs for allowing it. When you get to the core you arenegatively affecting another person's gameplay without their consent. Don't do it.

Well of course it's legal. I actually find it amusing. I'm not going to claim to be some purist that has never used the system to my advantage, but I think it's garbage to sit there and ignore people who actually need help because you are grinding/helping others to grind. This is one of the reasons that I think the removal of recursive macros is going to be one hell of a plus to the game. Sure it was nice to be able to dance, play music, sample, etc etc all night long while you were asleep, but it's not what the game is about. The game is about being actively involved in a community. While this is not a game that employs the excessively long levelling experience that you would find in the lameness called Everquest.... The game was not designed for you to become master of an elite profession in hours. That fact that you can do it is because well.... people will always find exploits. Look at other games. I remember all the duping/trainers/etc that plagued Diablo(just one example that comes to mind). It's the same concept. People don't want to play the game the way it was designed to be played. Well that's fine, but you can't complain when someone does the exact same thing that you are doing....just not to your advantage. In fact I really hadn't thought about doing that to tumblers/pet-trickers, and it makes me want to go do it just to mess with them. I've been playing this game from day one, and I remember how hard it was back in the beginning when I first started. It should still be that way, butIt's not. I do think with the holo-grinding coming to an end, and the recursive macros being removed....... things are beginning to return to the way I remember. People are actually sticking with professions now, and I see the PVP that was absent for all the months of intensive Holo-grinding. Sure we have the combat templates and all of that garbage to deal with now, but whatever. People are playing instead of grinding. Well some people anyway... and that's a good thing.

Passing out heals aint so easy. I remember hanging out in the cantina healing dancers and waiting far too long for the odd wounded player to show up in the hospital. This was long before tumbling came into being.

Tumblingis an exploit to be sure, but griefing other players like some kind of self-appointed vigilante is worse. At least the tumblers don't set out to bother anyone..

Well, just something I'd like to point out. All of the people who want tumbling taken out of the game are already master doctors or not doctors at all. I personally grind in my guild city and help my guild mates with wounds if they need them. Ninja-buffing is grieving as grieving is doing something to inhibit someones play. I know you're all probably gonna flame me for saying it, especially because I dont post much, but its true. If you are out leveling a combat profession and someone kills everything you are going for do you consider that grieving? Ninja buffers are pretty much "killing" docs xp, a quick fix would be to allow a "Would you like to be buffed?" popup for docs.

I made it through doctor healing people when they actually needed healing, and I found it to be muchmore funthan sitting there all day healing an afk person, mindlessly grinding away. What is everyones hurry to master the profession anyway? People should just take their time, and have fun while training.

Do it in the privacy of your own house. Then nobody will come by and buff you.

Iam a Novice doc.I have to say the reason why people do the whole tumblingthing is because of buffs and solo parties. Ive tumbled but ive also spent days with friends in the wilderness healing people knew how to heal in comthem. I could care less about tumbling if people knew how to heal in combat. As far as the whole ninja thing its just wrong, buff the newbs.
