Isthere some other type of avian on Dathomir besides the reptilian fliers? I have only been there twice, and right now the meat on Dathomir is the best around (on Sunrunner). Unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything to shoot besides the fliers and they do not drop a large quantity of meat.

Don't forget the flits and pharbles on Lok in addition to the perleks. Lok is fairly avian rich...just that on your server the quality may suck at any given time.

Plus those darn pirates get in the way.

Also the pekos pekos on Naboo although my character is superstitious about killing them.

One more note for the folks with Guilds backing them..

HAVE THEM GO OUT IN A HUNTING GROUP WITH ALL SCOUTS....

With the lastest change to harvesting, ALL Scouts in a group can harvest from the same corpse. Get a group of 20 people out there to harvest. Kill 1 Nuna that give 5 avian meat on harvest.... Have 20 people harvest it...

Instant 100 Avain meat from one tiny little, 1 shot to kill, Nuna. Apply this to some of the bigger critters that drop 15-20 Avain meat per kill and you get the idea. One evening of the scouts from your guild going on a Bird hunt and you could be set for a long time. (Bring that up with your Guild leader)

PS, Ditto that for Herbivore meat and go kill things like Snorballs on Lok that give a LOT of meat and you can make Advanced Chemical Duration Mechanisms till your blue in the face....

Well, if you can find Class 4 Liquid Petro Fuel that is. =)

Little songrasp birds on Talus. I find a lot of them near Nashal i think it is. They're easy to kill and have about 5-10 on em each. Make sure you're not grouped while harvesting, it'll lower the amount you get.
