For people who have <20 wounds use /tendwound...
No resources lost if thats the only reason you wont heal someones wounds 
And for my two cents worth I use tumblers when there are no other people around...which seems to be quite often. Cant go to the cantinas cause all of the entertainers get quickness buffs and then TK's can meditate... so that maybe one person a half hour I can see in Theed. /sigh I'll have gotten my crafting tree before any of the other 3 lines.

I was Healing a tumbler last night and had a heavly wounded guy come in. I stopped what I was doing, went and bought some Woundpacks, came back and healed him. After he sat for 15 min saying "Can someone heal me?", me going out and buying supplies to heal him, and healing him to full, he said thanks and ran off.
I healed the next few people that came in and made 600 (Yes, 2 0's) credits. Us Medics and Doc's are more than buffs, you know.

The way I feel...
There is an "Upstairs" to the medcenters...if you want to tumble grind....do it up there...that way when people com einto the med center...you are not sitting there ignoring them.
I do know what you mean tho...I was in theed(chilastra) last night and went to the med center to help out a friend. There were 4 medics healing 2 tumblers....but there were 2 ppl that needed wounds healed. So, I help my friend then heal them....3 more ppl come in in need of wound healed. They get ignored so I take care of them.
I would be frustrated if I came to a med center for wounds...only to find everyone there either wounded...or afk tumbling.
In fact I think this needs to get posted on the carbineer/rifleman forum(are not those th eprofessions with tumble??)
I am so sick of tumblers spamming every 2 seconds "Tumbling for tips....ok thx bye" in the med centers.

The best XP I got was going to the Deathwatch bunker with my guild.
I made 70k of XP on that one trip and I even looted one of those DE10 Pistol schematics!
Now THAT was a LOT of fun... even though we all died in the end.
I think that everyone would have a lot more fun if people would get together and form up some groups and go adventuring. I remember the days of forming up a 10-person group unbuffed and unarmord, or poorly armored to go Fambaa hunting! That is where people have the most fun! And you can make some good credits group hunting like that!

if you can slp a quickness on their tumbler you can heal your own wounds. Why would you complain about something not being available to you from different players, when you can do it yourself?

Oh by the way, that's a bad way of trying to get a Docs attention, Spam. I heal people all the time but I wouldn't have healed you. Continual spam annoys me.
Now polite requests I can deal with. "I need wounds healed" suggests that you have a god given right for a doc to drop whatever he's doing and come to heal you. That may not be what you meant, however that is how it sounds.
