I like the combo very much personally. However I do run into problems when my heals become a "beat the doc" invite to all the npc's and animals we are fighting. Don't get me started on the stupid agro system. But back to your question I do like it and am having a ton of fun with both professions. I'm a Master Carbineer and Master Doc.
