I dont think its minor. It says you have more then you apprently have. It shouldnt be rendering the totally incorrect information. Thats a straight up bug. Its cool we all have things that vary in importance to our person. This happens to be one of mine, and not yours. I over all am very happy with doc. Like for example it bothers a lot of people that action buffs require different stuff then the other buffs.. which is odd yes, but i could care less if they fix it or not. I wish all the buffs were like that cause its easier to get god roganix then it is to get good avian.

Bivoli and clothes stack, but 25 is the cap for every mod in your clothes.

Skill attachments count the same as BE clothing enhancements. I believe TH posted a couple months ago in another board (BE forum?) that the clothing enhancements cap at +25, and that the cap was intended. The only real bug is in the skills window where it should read '+100 (+125)' even if your clothes total more than +25. If you look at that window after you eat bivoli it will read something like '+124 (+149)' depending on the quality of the bivoli. The increase from the bivoli is added to your base wound treatment skill.

Yeah, all wearable items are one set, all foods are another.
The cap is +25... For each (total +50).
There are other bugs with the + numbers in the skills screen, but they usually are very low priority.

Now to complicate it even more: Droids w/ Medical Modules, the don't affect your skill, they affect the %age of the buff right, so you should be getting 110% of the buff with a 110 Medical rating right? ie if you can buff for 2000 in a Medical Center, outside with your droid you should be getting 2200.
Just wanting to clarify.

What stat does the +25 apply to for buffing? Is it Would Treatment?

Yes, the wound treatment modifier affects buffs.
