Thread: Docs, Are you fed up?
I usually charge 10k for a buff, and my buffs usually hit for 2100-2500. I am very honest with my customers, and will usually change my macro to show the stats. I have had NO complaints so far, but I usually dont have more than 6 customers in a line. Though sometimes I do like to sit in Coronet and listen to complaints about other doctors from customers 
.
But I have had people "sneak" away from paying for a buff and I usually catch all of them that do it, but never do say anything --- just /addignore
so if we ALL charge 100k per buff....
avian meat prices would go up
the "economy" would be thrown into turmoil
armor would actually have a negative side effect
and LINES WOULD BE SHORTER IN CORONET!

This may be a good possibility. Much of my experience after Medical professorcame from selling buffs out of some good 90 use packs I bought. After mastering doc, I decided to add some Combat Medic which uses the same exp. Since buffing gives good exp, it gave incentive to compromise some on price, though it is still cheaper to hire a tumbler than compromise much.
But the Holos aren't the only cause of grinding, cuz life is so pathetic at low levels.
why would you want a line for doc when you are a hologrinder? just run around offering free buffs or something. No one's going to pay for a crappy Enhancement A. Your theory is surely flawed bro.
And frankly, Doctors don't earn as much money as a lot of other professions think we do. I do two buff packs (x 25) in 2 hours. thats half a mil.
If i buff myself, head to dantooine and start massacreing Jantas, i get 50k every 10 minutes which translates to 600 k in two hours. and there's the added advantage of loot (janta blood) In one buff, i normally hit 1 million and thats only 3 hours work.
sorry, i don't buff the public anymore, except for a few close friends and i buff them for free

ive had quite a few rude people in corlag:- whens my turn, whens my turn, god im busy u know. it infuriates me when so many patient people sit and wiat their turn. it has taken me weeks to sort out my buff packs and just when i have avian disappears and can i find anyone selling it, no because theyre all hoarding it for when the price goes up to 250cpu. and people wonder why we charge 12-15k with bivoli for good buffs. i actually love the class i find it very rewarding as im sure do my guild who i buff for free, but it does make u wonder.

I dont know whats up with my server, but people are insane about buffs on it. not just non docs, but docs.
There are probly about a dozen really good doc shops on my server, any time any of them stock buff packs, no matter what they charge, they are sold out within an hour. im talking 30-40K per pack for just normal power packs. There are alot of docs on Naritus, but most of them buy their buffpacks from the few doctor sellers.
