ic. so its a straight 3 points.... if that is the case then i would definately go for the charges

The ABEC doesn't give that much power in the entire scheme of the buff pack. Besides, the ABEC is the only component in which you can experiment with charges. I'd go for the extra charge and rely on your resources and other components for the extra power.

Really depends on what you're trying to do.
If the purpose is to sell the packs, go for the slightly higher power. There's a significant price difference between a 898 base and a 901 base. On the other hand, if the packs are for your own use, go with the charges. That represents 3 additional people you can buff.

None. 4 power from an ABEC means squat. It's 4 power ... FOUR. Always go for charges. ABEC is the only component that allows you to increase the number of charges and the power it gives is marginal at best. You're getting too hung up on the power of ABEC whereas you should focus your energies on what power you're getting on the ACRM and ASDS - those will have a more of an impact on the power, not ABECs.
So, my advice is, no matter what - always go for the charges. One extra buff cycle is FAR FAR FAR beneficial than 4 measly insignificant power.

okay here is my next question...
the 17/21 abecs require all amazings, so they are a **edit** to make. i have a few 16/21's which are easier, so my question is...
In which situations, if any, would a 20/20 abec be better than a 16p/21ch abec....??

Okay here is my opinion.
If you plan on sellin buff packs then go for base. Customers like to see your nice high numbers. Base is the key in selling buffs.
If you plan on just buffing people with the packs then well, charges.
There are more reasons to do either way, but you gotta have a business minded reason. I have gone through em all and I focused entirely on base. It also meant I had customers come to me who wanted the highest base buffs they could find. Most likely for personal reasons.
