Thread: How to heal in a group of more than 8?

Just like In DaoC, I keep most of my attention on the health bars. My mouse pointer hovers over the bars looking for who is getting hit. Click on the name, then I hit F11 which is /follow. When the range drops to 7m or less I heal, click on the next person and continue. If someone runs away from me I stop following and pick someone else to heal. People in my groups generally know to runtoward me and not away if they want to get heals. Those that don't know that, or choose not to are on their own.
I'll tell you right now, though, that doing anything ina group of more than 8 is an excerise in frustration. At least for me.
/peace; /follow; /pause 6; /healdamage; /stopfollow; /assist
Basically this stops me firing at something, run towards the person who needs healing, waits for 6 seconds till i get close enough, heals them, stops follwoing, then shoots whatever they're attacking. Works amazingly well.
Obviously its always worth keeping an eye out on the distance between you and them once they are selected, and if they are close follow the blue arrow that appears pointing you towards them a couple of meters until you are in heal range.
