Well there is a 25 cap, it's all I'm sure of. For the rest, I'm still mixed on the issue lol.

Thanks for the input, anyone else got some?

Tks Zarlor, you confirming what seemed obvious, since adding all those new BE enhanced clothes (+66)over what I was already using for some time (+28),it didnt seems to make a difference.

I guess the good new is that I can remove that (I look stupid) hat. My +25 pants should do the job (Ill will propably keep the rest of the BE enhanced clothes for good luck!)

Thus the buff formula would be something like this:

Buff = (Medical Rating/100) * (Wound treatement/100) *RamdonMultiplier

The Random multiplier would be in the range of 1-2.75

For an enhance pack of 905, the Max and Min would be

Max Buff = 1.1 * 1.25 * 905 * 2.75 = 3422

Min Buff = 1.1 * 1.25 * 905 * 1 = 1244

Again this could be total bull **edit**! It seems to fit my range, although I may have done lower action buff, Maybe. This is close enough to the range I see, maybe the random multiplier range is 0.9-2.7 or 1.0-2.7.

This also means that Maxed Master doctor do(at max)about 3.8x their enhance pack rating. This would also means that max possible buff would be around 3800.

Zarlor.

I know its tougher, but please see what you can do to mention this issue without us providing a lot of hard evidence.

The problem is collecting the evidence. I'm not sure I can think of a way to really test it without a HUGE sample size. There are so many variables, with the buff variability itself being the most confounding of the results.

The real issue is that the players have no way of "knowing" if these work at all. The interface, documentation, results should be adequate for us to know, but they are not. Thats what I feel should be brought to the developers. I'm all about helping them, but the final responsibility for making sure that it works as intended lies with them.

Ok, here s what I checked :

Withoutmedic cloth: my buff was around 1000 up to 2800

Withmedic cloth (+25 bonus): I can buff over 3k

So I guess medic cloth actually work. However I still see the same range for buff, it didnt increase my chance of having high buff

The last time soneone did do some testing (a sample of 39 with and 39 wihtout clothing) showed that the clothes were working for stims even though they though, at first, that they were not. I can't bring this up without some evidence to the contrary because they are just going to say the exact same thing, they don;t see a problem and can we reproduce it. If we cannot then it's going to be a non-issue as far as the Devs are concerned. They just have too much other stuff to work on. So every last bit opf evidence we can provide helps US out. We will be far better off having our ducks in a row.

Obviously current evidence, however, suggests that those seeing bad buffs with cloting are just seeing strings of bad luck, apparently. Either that or they are buffing folks with really bad BF or their droid ran out of juice or any number of other possible factors.
