Thread: Has any of you tested BE enhanced clothes?
I'm getting conflictual reports so figured I would ask here.
I am a retired tailor, so I know how BE clothing works. I know that med use doesn't work, so I'm interested in reports concerning wound andinjurytreatment. I know that there is a 25 cap per skill per outfit, from what the tailor correspondant told us (she got the info from the developpers, not going to develop about why we don't know about it and why display doesn't show any cap though).
The different reports I got from my server so far are one person saying that once your skill is 100 clothes don't do anything, two doctors saying it does, and my own results show that I got much better results without the enhanced clothes than with them, but it could have been just a coincidence (was done on about 15 buffs with and 15 buffs without).
So what kind of results are you getting? I'm mostly curious of whether it's still working once we have wound treatment 4, as I know it works fine before that.
I'm a Master Doctor with a Spec Opcs Duster that adds +11 to Injury and Wound Treatment, and when I wear it, I notice that my buffs really do a lot less than when I don't wear it. I was hitting 2.8k for my buffs without it and around 1.9k max with the Duster on...
So, either I'm bugged or the Devs unfixed the Tissues =(
I have a hat, a duster, a shirt, and a pair of pants with injury treatment pluses. My buffs go UP from an average of 1500 to over 2000. These do work. I've hit the 3k mark10+ times now. Get this clothing...but don't die. It decays now 1-5% per time you die (without being rezzed).

I got +14 Vest, +15 shirt, +25 pants and +12 hat.
I think Im doing better with it, but im not sure. In my skill stat all clothes seems to stack, but weither it really has an impact, I dont know.
I will make some tests.
With 905 Action I did 3353 max buff once...
Does anyone know what would the forluma for the buff? I fugured it must be someting like this:
Buff = (medical rating/100) * (wound/injury treatment/100) * buff rating * Random multiplier
The random multiplier is likely to be in the range of 1 - 3.
So with a droid and 100 wound treatment it gives:
Max Buff = 1.1 * 1 * 905 * 3 = 2986
Min Buff = 1.1 * 1 * 905 * 1 = 995
With my BE clothes it would be :
Max Buff = 1.1 * 1.66 * 905 * 3 = 4957
Min Buff = 1652
I must I haven't such huge buff yet, of course we don't know the forlmula either. I personally believe that the wound treatement is capped, maybe at 125 or something like that.

I gota full set of clothes, +16 vest/pants/shirt/hat and so far Ive gottena few really bad enhances, and also some much better than normal ones, so from my experience these clothes DO work. I have wound treatment 2 right now. Its random, and hence hard to tell, but Ive defiitely noticed an increase on my best buffs. Im not sure if the really low buffs were just part of the randomness, or maybe caused by the clothes, but that could be a possibility. But anywyas, go find the best wound/injury clothes you can find, hehe
I have 4 pieces of BE clothes that brings my stats up to 162. Now the keep in mind that the berries, and lokian wheat on Shadowfire was been horride fora long time so the advanced componets aren't that good and I can only make packs just over 700. Here is what I've found so far.
I have only done a few buffs with these clothes since I got them on thursday night. Before the clothes if I got 1800 I was doing good. Averaged about 1400 most of time. Some over 2k but rare, some under 1k but rare as well.
With the clothes so far I have done 1 buff under 1000 on myself no less. All the rest have been 1400 and up. Average from what I can tell so far early in my testing is that I'm buffing an average of about 1800 or so now. Because now even with those sub par packs I have been getting a lot more 2k+ buffs, and a lot of 1800 buffs. Yesterday I gave a buff to a guy where not one stat buffed for under 2400. Which never happened before the clothes. I want to do some more testing on them to be certain. But from whatI can tell so far they are working very well. I look forward to getting my hands on some good resources so I can make some nice packs. Then I see what I can buff with those. ![]()
My average buff has also increased, so instead of usually hitting around 1400-2200, I consistantly hit from 1700-2500. And 3000+ buffs happen quite often, so much so that I can actually base my prices on it. 1k for 1000-1999, 1.5k for 2000-2999, and 2k for 3000+ buffs.
It is definately worth getting for any serious docs out there. They do work
PS, this is based off of hundreds of buffs, I havent just done a couple test buffs.
