Well everytime I go to Coronet for buffs with my alt there is a doc sitting there and not advertizing his buffs, so I always have to ask him what is price his and if he is buffing... Make sure you repeat every 30 seconds or so that you are buffing, it should get rid of most tells. And turn off your master doc title, that you are saying you are buffing should be enough.
