I wear a +25/+25 injury/wound treatment Revealing Top which is worn UNDERNEATH my armor. It is equipped as is my armor. If I take my chestplate off, I am wearing the item. There is NO damage to this item at all. It is still at 100%. I don't need an enhanced undershirt .. the revealing topdoes the exact same thing. I have 3 different color ones all with +25/+25 and at 100% ... same deal.
Which part of what I am saying doesn't anyone understand??
I've tested it numerous times, wasted buff packs just to make sure what you were saying was correct.
I cannot wear armor and buff .... period.

P.S. When I take my armor off ..the only things I put on are:
NON BE Modded clothes:
shoes
long gloves
pants
I am already wearing my revealing top as I can wear it under my armor, so I do not need to equip it again (obviously I'd be taking it off, if I did that).

I don't understand what could be causing that. I buff in my armor all the time,and I only take off my helmet, and it's exactly the same in clothes.

Check your wound treatment modifier with your armor on. If it's not +125, then your top is not working while you have the armor on. Also, have you tried taking off just the chestplate? I buff in armor all the time, and have noticed no difference.

Call me crazy .. but it seems to me ... it has to do with the last Patch .. go figure.
That's weird. I've noticed exactly the opposite. I'm hitting much higher now after publish 9 than I was before. Maybe it's just the stats onyournew stuff that's bringing it down..
sry but something is very wrong here. armor make NO diference to buffs. NONE.
i always buff in armor - i just change my helm for a +25 hat. then to get into combat all i need to do is click once on my hot-bar'd helm and poof fully armored again. (cant use undershirt couse i use +meele shirt...)

All I do is swap my armor britches out for my +25 slacks. They're both in my toolbar ..takes a few seconds. It is irritating (the delay), but whatcha gonna do?
Keep your 2 canapes and 2 brandies in your tummy. I usually try to leave room for bivoli, but sometimes you can't. You should still buff for 2300 without bivoli.. that's plenty, I say.

I have a BE shirt as well .. goes under my armor.
My buffs are the same withh armor on or off.
Where are you buffing .. do you have your droid out?

I'm going to try it again .. everything you guys keep asking me I've already mentioned.
Yes I am using a droid .. med droid 110
Yes I am wearing a BE top UNDER my armor
Buffing on Bria .. In Dearic on Talus, in front of the Cantina
Nothing has changed, I am not doing anything different than I was before .. bivoli is the same, buffs, everything ...

I have not noticed anything. I will have to pay attention more when I am buffing...but I have always buffed people well when they are armored and I am using Biv...hmmmm
