Same thing Aynn said also. This shouldn't be type based. A C should even be able to over write a very bad D enhance.

I often find myself using up some of my very spendy and often hard to come by (depending on how resources are) buffs only to have something else to go do other than trying to do something combat. ( checking harvestors, logging off.. etc... ) but forcing myself to burn up time on combat in order to get the full length and use out of my buff... They often last far longer than I need them anyways.

How often do people actually last with the buffs? I will buff someone, and they give me a tell 20 minutes later saying they died and need more buffs. Unless they are group hunting with a CM that can heal mind, most people can't go the entire length of a good buff without dying (unless of course they are an uber killing profession). So we might as well as overwrite based on power
