I would definately charge more for buffs on advanced planets, but then again the only time i buff the public is when they see me buffing guild mates. This weekend I charged 12K for buffs on Yavin. They complained until i said "don't like my price go to coronet". Needless to say all complaining stopped and they paid promptly. I plan on charging more in the future.
