I always heal damage, wounds and buff for free, I never ask for any credits. Some people tip, some just say thanks, some are completely oblivious... but it doesn't matter it's all good.

There is quite a fun doctor mini game in chasing down wounded players and trying to heal their woundsbefore theyshuttle away.

i dont realy expect people to pay for my MD services. but it is nice to get paid for what i do. it makes me want to do it more. after all entertainers just stand there and dance "AFK" and can have a cover charge (an entertainer can avg. 500k in 3 days). why cant we get something in return ... 5-10k for heals and buffs isnt too bad. after all it is either the MD doing missions or set people up so thay can do thier mission a little easier, we can buff more people by not doing missions. people can gettheir 5-10kback (and then some) from 1 mission.

if i am doing missions with a groupi dont care to get paid buy people...i get paid for the mission.

I've never charged for a buff a heal or anything.. most of the time when i'm just kinda blah and don't feel like going out and actively do anything i'll just sit at the starport beside the ship terminals and heal people as they walk by.. othertimes i sit at MO and just heal and buff random people.

I've made as much as 100k in 30 mins from tips (not asking for them) and sometimes nothing.. just dpeends on if htey want to tip me.. i dont' expect it and when people ask how much should they tip me, i tell them don't worry about it.. but end up getting 5-10 k anyway from them..

Hehehehe, sometimes I must look like a stocker chasing down someone with wounds I don't charge for it, I just do it, sometimes they notice and thank me, sometimes they tip, sometimes they don't even realize their wounds have been healed. I like it that way, I love being a Doc, I like my job and I like healing wounds when not in combat

P.S. I once got tipped half a million to buff 5 people. It was just after the CU and I had to ask just to make sure the person that tipped did not accidentally put extra 0's in the tip. lol

Like the others, I heal wounds for free and without being asked -- if a doctor sees someone hurt on the street, he's going to try to help any way he can. However, for RP reasons I'll only buff Rebel players. As a doctor, I'll heal anyone, but I'm not going to enhance the enemy just so he can kill Rebels more efficiently.

I am the same way, I stayed neutral because I want to heal everyone. Unfortunately, unless they are on leave I can not heal factioned players, even if they have never done PvP ever.

Lol whilst saying what a nice bloke I was to everyone in my earlier post I forgot that I don't buff imps (other than new players), I'll usually help someone out if they're blackbarred or if they ask mind you, but you wont catch me chasing down stormtroopers to heal em up..

This has been great, but I am curious if you master docs charge to go halfway across the galaxy to revive "dead" players.
