Well I know from personal experience. I would always just goto the shortest line. But because I know that the difference in buffs for PVE is pretty much un-noticable I really don't care what the power is. 1999 is just as good as 2600 to me. But I can also heal for 1400+, so if I'm fighting stuff that puts me in a position where I need to stim more then 2-3 times, I'm pretty much dead anyways, and even with higher buffs it wouldn't have mattered much. Sure I might get 1-2 extra hits in, but really in most cases that doesn't make much difference. By thats just my opinion.

Well, there's an issue in this game that even the devs can't fix, no matter how much coding they do. PEOPLE ARE STUPID. Just ignore morons like that. Its ridiculous when people forget we're here to have fun. Keep on buffin and take care.
