Plz grow up or stop playing, you really sound like a jerk to tell everyone that. The guy just asking you if you where buffing.
you know the original poster has a good point I mean someone walking up to you and just saying "buffing" its lazy and its pathetic, why not ask properly,
or do u walk into a shop to buy say a radio, walk up to the serving counter and just say "radio" you'd get laughed at and the sales person would not know wthef u were on about lol

If you walk into a shop and say "Radios?" with a questioning look on your face and tone of voice there's a really good chance the guy will say, "Over there on that isle." or "You looking for brandA or brandZ?" Vocal tone is something we take for granted. Then again, I wonder how chinese and japanese manage online so well when most of their language revolves our word tone.
A simple yes or no response to a simple question is more than enough. Unless you feel like making a nice flourishy reply,...which I'm too lazy to do.
I don't think it's just a buffing problem, but a general non-appreciation/trivialization of medical services. At least that's the impression I get on Chilastra.

But it's not even a question if ur being that picky! buffing as a single wordis a statment not a question!
If you walked into a shop the guy behind the counter MAY get the drift of what ur after, if your lucky, but as tone and fancial expression aren't used in SWG my point stands, it would be far far quicker and easier to say where are the radio's plz for example saves confusion, is polite, and offends no-one, unlike walking upto doc and say buffing...
not even "are you buffing" or "r u buffing".. just "buffing", anyone who says that to me gets told "sorry I'm not buffing" so that little bit of lazyness gets them a nice shuttletrip ![]()
THE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT BEING POLITE!! no matter how you may try justify it!

I reply by telling him to please talk to me like a person, and not some machine, and he replies (Direct Quote)"My opinion is of docs, You are meant to heal ppl for that purpose so you are machines"Just a note then, fellow Farstar Docs, make a note of the name Ma'Kor, and try not to buff him. Really, he views us as nothing more than machines.Makes me wonder how many people in SWG think of us as nothing more than automatons.
I agree that nothing is really wrong with the qustion "Buffing?"
But as for that second line...here is your response:
/r ERROR 4901154 PURE VITAL FUNCTION CALL -- PLEASE REBOOT YOUR MACHINE AND TRY AGAIN
Sometimes you can get somewhere by speaking in a mature, intellegent matter. If that fails (like in this case), use sarcasm for your own amusement and /addignore

A good example of impatient was when I logged my alt in today. She had the Master Doctor tag up, and the same person sent four /tells before I finished logging in...
That happens to me all the time, i get to them when i get to them... just like a real life doctor... 2:00 appointment... doc strolls in at 2:45

You can't blame the guy...After all, there ARE many buffbots out there. You should understand that he probably wasn't trying to be rude.
I am personally opposed to the buffbot, wheres the fun in that? im usually out killing tuskens or something and get good business from other players at the site im at... sometimes they get a deal... when was the last time a buffbot knocked 2k of the price?
