slight clarification, you get med xp for healing others when in combat, not out of combat. I got 250k in med xp within 2x2hr sessions.

Maybe the Stim Ds I have are pre CU and converted, but mine only do 600hp when used without the doc abilities....


Are there new ones that do more?

Stim-D can do a lot more than 1000 hp per heal.

Comparison:

a) 1200 Stim-D every 30 seconds = 2400 / min

b) Doctor alternating between /bactashot and /bactajab, each one having a 15 second reuse timer:
- bacta shot: 700 * 4 = 2800
- bacta jab: 300 * 4 = 1200
=> total: 4000 / min.




For grouping as a pure healer that's pretty good, but its a pain in the ass if you're trying to heal and do any damage since healing seems to delaymy ability to do an attack. Elite healing profession.....sure.
