Are those maxxed? How can they be if you still had blips past where you experimented them to? Or are you saying that when you used all 9 of your points every one of those items said they were experimented to a level of 100%?

The quality of advanced resources will make a huge difference on these. The last batch of ALSs I made, with 10 experimentation points (and I think I didn't even use all 10 of them anyway) was around 163 or so.

That's incredible!! 163!! It has to do with the quality of resources for sure. I'm using the best that there is and 120 is maxed out at 100%. Not fair!!! No wonder I can't make 400+ Stim-B's. But, I'm sure the good resources are heading our way soon. Enjoy those good stims while they last. We on Tarquinas are sooooo due some good quality resources!!
