you are corect about the range and bonuses but battle fatigue can really hurt enhances. i used a 895 power or so and rolled 750 on someone with 500 battle fatigue once. I reseted him but then he had to log off anyways (at least he won't have the headache of stuck timers). if someone have more than 100 bf i send them streight to the cantina unless they are willing to take the risk.

with enhancesyou can't escape that 0.5 - 1.5 roll which is the main killer of enhance consitancy. the highest roll is 3 times the low roll....
