Ok, this was more of a frustrating rant than anything else. Here is the thing. I'm not ready to pvp yet. I'm still working my combat skills. So I'm pve'ing now. PVE as a master doc, just doesn't pose enough risk. Or perhaps I'm not fighting the right things?
How about this. Can I get some suggestions on what to fight, PVE that is FUN and rewarding for a master doc carbineer 0001.
And I really don't want to see doc nerfed, but something needs to be altered so there is some challenge...therefore excitement in PVE.
This game is about PVE and PVP. Doc as far as I know isn't a PVP only profession, so it shouldn't be balanced only toward PVP.

Hmm, I don't follow you. You started fighting something, then walked away and came back and mob you were fighting were all dead.
Umm... just how exactly you being doctor helped you in anyway in that scenario?

I have run this test. I can run normal rancor missions with no armor on at all. I take damage but not so fast that I cant heal myself. When I put on my armor i take almost no damage. I also run COB on a macro at all times.

Yeah other melee combat professions can kill tons of things without armor, I can with my alt too. But with doc only and theirdefenses? I think not.

Since voritors are obviously out of your league, why dont you go hunt some night sisters? maybe an elder? bet we will hear a whole different rant post then-- " OMG WHY CANT I KILL THE THINGS!?!?!?!"

Wow, you can kill those things as a doctor! I am a wookie doctor with novice rifleman and get my butt handed to me in any type of combat over a thug really. I can't really put many more points into my combat because I still have to be able to survey. I am impressed.

Also, why can doctors use the best stims? They have the least use for them. I can't remember the last time I used stim.
I don't know, honestly it seems things aren't as fun anymore.

2) Kimogila
3) Nightsister
4) Super Battle Droid
5) Peko-Peko Albatross
When you get them done......respect i shall give you.

I win button??? OMG Please..... Even with my old TK buffed and in Comp I got owned all the time in PVP.
Can we please not start with the Nerf Doctor crap?

Lol doctor, I win button, lmao. I would direct you to the creature formally known as the Krayt Dragon Ancient, the beautiful AkxvaMin resident Nightsisder Model, and your local opposite faction pikeman stacker/tkm kd team. See if you can cure the billion dizzy and dots before you are kded for good and have wounds on all pools because you can't damage their 'leet stackzorz'.

It sounds like you should try joining a guild or something. That way you get to go hunting high end mobs with a chance of getting wasted and at the same time you can make full use of your doc skills by taking care of the hunting party. The challenge for me in doc sometimes is to keep healing the group while getting aggroed etc and trying to keep enough mindpool for specials and heals. Getting master doc to enhance your own template might seem a bit like overkill for what it'll benefit you as a solo player, but the benefits to the group will make you a true lifesaver

Thanks, thats just the kind of input I'm looking for. I do think I need to check out some guilds on my server.
