my opinion on this matter is as follows

if you are in a public medical center, and you are a medic/doc or someone with healing skills then it is your obligation to heal the wounded as they come in. thats the whole point of being a healer in the game. if you are in there solely to heal a tumbler just to advance your skillz then pls PLS take it somewhere private, to a private city or somewhere where people are not expecting to get healed. so if you plan on using an AFK macro to heal a tumbler, GET THE FK out of the public med, its solves the problem thx.

if you ignore the true patients in the center then you are at fault for not doing your job imho.
