Ok i am still a bit confused I have used the buff calc that is here

it says I should be able to get a power of 919 with the resources i have but when I do the math i get something close to 879 for power. Can someone give me a clue of which I should use here are my resources and stats
lok wheat 916 qual pe 405
tat fiber 930 qual 997 pe
class 4 982 qual616 pe
gas 999 qual
iron 994 qual 841 pe
herb 962 qual 501 pe
avain 971 qual 784 pe
it should come out to a abec 23 charges 11 power

so then the other calc is off? is that correct because I don't want to keep trying to get a buff pack with a power I can't get

ok, i was wonderin...if you find a medical city and a research center close together can you do the stuff you need to do in teh medical and then go to the research city and do the studd you need to there?...........imna try it,lol it'll be fun find a research city and medical city close by tho

If your having this problem on eclipse - It's the quality of your resources hon 
Our resources are pretty exceptional compared to most servers, I had this problem when I first started crafting but that was because I didn't have good resources to make buffpacks.
Generally you would need any of these resources to make quality buffpacks:

Then for subcomponants, for ACRDMs any herbivore meat with 900+ OQ with Hogi or Diraz C4 Petro.
Dolovite Iron, there was a recent shift of 997 OQ that you should already have.. Dom. Oats either Oeminostar or Opero... Or any Dom. Oats that are 900 OQ/PE.
I think one of the big keys to good buffpacks is good ABECs. Ialdemi and Poweiq are the two best Lokian Wheat and Tat fiber we have. But for ABECs to be at their best, you need to have 12pts though I'll be happy to make schemes for you though
I'll be happy to make schemes for you though If you don't have any Poweiq or Ialdemi,you could useEesnasi or Iepe for Lokian wheat and leko or Emirdom fiberplast. Those are the next best two.
I think that's just your problem, Look out for any of the resources I've listed and you'll be making super buffpacks in no time!
