Doctor Archive

While this could be a good idea, it will not work. Simply because guilds have Doctors. My guild has four, all masters, so one is almost always on. so if a person got on this list you are preposing, they would just go to their guild Doctor. I will always buff guildmates, but I would be willing to not buff people who you have SS of greifing you. I am sure no one in my guild would be on the list anyway.
