Thread: OK this is funny (at least to me)
I just don't understand player reluctance to spend more than 10k on buffs. I mean, decent buffs, 2300 to 2500 for 3hrs for instance can net any decent combat player well over 250k in mission credits. Even at 25k for a buff, if I can make 10 times that back within 3hrs it sounds like a good investment to me. I only wish I could make that kind of coin irl.
Speculate to accumulate, not a common phrase amongst SWG players wanting buffs

wow, this really isnt where i expected this thread to go!i was thinkin of stopping the price gouging on avian meat, not raisin the price of buffs lol
although a funny concept came to me. other then the 5% it costs to bank tip, is there ever a way the system takes money back out of the economy? or is the economy just going to keep growing exponentially? theres some fodder for thought
Other than mantaince, swoop repair, and a few other small items there isnt many money SINKS in the game. The economy will continue to grow exponentially. Unless something drastic is done it is gunna get alot worse.
Once you have established your self in this game, basically figured out how to play, the small things are nothing. Shuttle fees, repairs, housing cost etc.

There is also the travel costs .... If you think about how many times someone travels during gameplay and how many players are online that is a considerable amount of credits.

It's interesting to log onto a hunting planet shortly after restart, before any other buffers show up. All the hunters wander around aimlessly yelling "Is anyone buffing?" "Looking for buff, PST!" They seem so lost.
LOL
That strikes me a terrably funny and sadly, all too true. I think we are all addicted to the drugs, and I don't think we are going to react well when SOE cuts back our supply of our drug (buffs)
Darn you combat rebalace! =)
