Has anyone ever experienced something like this?

I'm a Master Doctor with BE clothing (injury & wound treatment that's higher than +25). I also had my 110 med bot out. But when I buffed, I actually hit a value less than the base enhance of my enhance pack D. My enhance pack base effectiveness was 850+, but I buffed for 830. Is anyone aware of any bugs?

Yep I can get anywhere from 500-2500 from a 800 base buff.

Sucks don't it?

I have had 450 c buffs enhance by 280 and 288 c buff packs enhance 850.

I dont know what is going on, all I know is that there is something seriously odd going on and I hope it is a bug....

I can on occasion have one stat below 1000, I am using 700 base packs. The other day I had three stats below 1000. I had someone kill me so I could rebuff, it was awful.

For those of you convinced there was a buff nerf, give me some numbers and tell me the complete situation surrounding the lowball buffs. I can't get any proof of this, and without proof we can't get the Devs to locate where the problem is.

The variables I know of that could affect this situation:

Did the person being buffed had a lot of Battle Fatigue?

Did you have a lot of Battle Fatigue?

Was the Droid recharged before you started buffing? (This is he big one!)

Was there another droid out near you? (Meaning is the problem where another person's low rated Med Module might be affecting your heal rates back?)

Was the Droid recharged before you started buffing? (Yeah, I know I keep mentioning this, but so many people seem to be running into this problem I just have to ask it again. )

For those who want to do some testing. Get a pet (because they can drop the buffs when stored). Buff the pet, then store the pet, 10 times. Writing downall the buffs you gave to the pet. Recharge the droid after every set of 6 buffs, just to make sure.

Next remove your BE clothing. Buff the pet 10 times again. Keeping the dorid charged.

Next store the droid away and go to the second floor of a Med Center somewhere (so ther are no other droids around) and buff the pet 10 more times.

Finally the the same thing like you did for the second set (withjust the droid) BUT do a preliminary set of buffs first, then wait 30 minutes, then start buffing again. (Actually, I think the batteries only last 20 minutes at eh most, but 30 mintues just in case.) I bet these will come in as some really lowballed numbers.

That should give you 3 sets of 60 numbers. Cruch the results (or just post them here and your fellow Docs can help to crunch the numbers.) Be sure to take note of the Base power of each pack and which numbers they produced.

If we can track down a consistent pattern then we can get the problem fixed.

Currently getting some bizarre results with health/strength/constitution packs.

All the packs are in the 750-820 base enhance range and come from factory crates. Until around Tuesday or so all of them with 110% effec droid out and recharged would produce results averaging 1800, str/con tended to be 2k to 2.3k with health results of 2400+ not unknown, the action would usually be around that or higher.

Since Tuesday, my action/quickness/stamina results are the same, but the red bar buffs have been dreadful. I do them in reverse order of duration (the variation is from 11,415 to 11895 so not much difference) so the red/green buffs are mixed and not being affected by droid power running out mid-set or anything and I always recharge before buffing myself. I've had a run of 8 consecutive strength buffs below 1000, the constitution averages about 100 points higher (with a single 1995 results on a guildmate), the health ones are averaging 1300 where before they were averaging 1800+. The action buffs are still breaking 2k on a regular basis.

Now I've discussed this with our guild's other master docs and other guild members have spoken to other docs on Chilly and it's not just me. We're seeing this being a pretty widespread phenomenon on Chilastra and I'd like to know if everyone else is finding the red buffs are particularly problematic right now.

Hope this info helps from the Chilastra PoV.

Really? As your droid's battery starts to die your buffs are lower? Is this something you've experienced? How quickly does the droids effectivenss srating drop? Is there anyway to tell when you've lsot effectiveness? How often does it need to be charged in other words?

Sorry if this topic has been talked about before, but I must have missed that. It kinda explains why I was hitting over 3k for my buffs after I charged my droid, however I never put 2 and 2 together until just now.

Aside from the normal variance I have noticed that even with my droid out and a fresh battery in it I seem to buff for less then I do if I step outside and toss the same buff.

I have not seen anything that looks like a nerf though. I hit once in a great while in the 800's but most are between 1500 and 2900 with some at 3155 (current high).

I don't think it has to do wiht the battery getting lower. I think droids are either charges, and work to full effect, or they are not, and don't work to full effect. It looks like there was a change int eh last publih because previously when a dorid went into *Low Power* mode (where the battery has run out) we could not buff at all. But now it looks like we can buff, but the droid doesn't tell us it is low on power and it just screws over the buffs you give. The only way I know to get a droid to tell you its power state is to give it a command and see if you get the *Low Power* message.

I am not sure but this always seems to happen right after some patch and it always goes up again to normal in a couple of days. Nonetheless, I logged on yesterday and had a very high number of low buffs, like 900-1200 average. I usually average probably twice that. Had zero BF and so did all the people I buffed (I actually checked because it was just too low). There were zero other droids out, mine is a 110 and I always chaqrge before every buff. This was outside in AH. I am a master doc with wound treatment capped out at the max. Seeing as the enhance packs are the same ones I have had for two weeks and they are 860 base I don't see why the average was so low.

before patch i was bufing in the 3k's range 3 times out of 6 ( highest was 3.5k)

now after patch i have more med clothes then before, even using buf packs with higher base ( before used 904 base now using 910 base) and no BF and new batery in droid, i hit a 3k les common then before and the highest i got was 3.3k

defently there is a change in the numbers. seems as if expetional high numbers and low numbers were reduced.
