grind adv bec's for the crafting part, and heal people for the medical part.
I'd also read agents faq stickied at the top of this forum, lots of cool stuff in there.

I was TKM before I started Doc so I got the smart idea of murdering my friend and rezzing him over and over and over...

I did my grind by hanging out at the spawn point in the Starport in Corenet, healing people as they spawned. Most people never know you healed them, but you will get a few tips in the process. Plus, it's a great service to offer. Note: You'll need lots of wound packs, a droid, and lots of batteries before you go. I completed M-Doc in about 2 weeks that way, 2 or 3 hours a day.

Greetings,
I found the crafting tree the easiest to do so far. The most difficult part was finding the resources to make Adavnced Biological Effect Controllers (Tatooinian Fiberplast and Lokian Wheat). I used the macro in the Bio-Engineer forum using 8 Food and Chemical Crafting Tools. All you need to do is load in the resources. The only problem I had from time to time was that the schematic number would change from 11 to 13 to 12, etc. for no apparent reason.
I used Wound Pack A's to reach crafting two, then did the effect controllers from there. Sadly, it took more time to find the resources than it did to do that crafting. Check out the BE FAQ, the macro there is excellent, and let me tell you it has to be. The Doc crafting is a walk in he park to grind for mastering BE. That took 80K meat and 175K flora. Even with the macro, that took hours upon hours.
The only reason I say this has been the easiest is because I am having difficulty finding someone to tumble for me. As many will agree, figting over tumblers in the med centers is not the quickest way to get to 444X.

My alt is becoming a TKM/Master Doctor and I have been tumbling for him. I have a tumble macro set for Zachnafian and then have a healing macro set for my Alt. While my alt is healing, I'm also crafting so I'm knocking out 2 birds with one stone.

Like they all say, best way is to make macro to heal and have a friend run a tumble macro and do the whole thing /afk for the most part... as for the crafting I crafted Solid Delivery's (8 organic and 8 metal). Anyone who says that they mastered doc in 4 hours needs to put the pipe down... the crafting alone takes days.
If you are having trouble finding a tumblergrab a few cases of Stims B and give me a /tell... I will log in and run a macro for you for as long as you can stand it. If I am AFK shoot me an email and I will get back to you.
Good Luck and happy grinding!!

Tumbling, healing, hospital sitting, pet buffing, and such can take a while but the /heal command lets u put u and an alt or something on hold while u do something else to grind up to 444. Note if you're a cm, like i used to be, you can fly up doc's 444 by angering a lot of weak animals outside theed and then areapoisoning them over and over again. I did this while a master doctor watched, healed, and taught me. It took circa an hour.
The crafting part...well, my cpu's bugged so that my /selectDraftSchematic doesn't choose the one i selected, so I don't remember macros. I handgrinded all the way using Advanced Solid Delivery Shells (Advanced Bio Controllers take too much resources/ACRM's Class 4s are rare/Advanced Liquid Suspension only gives u like 39 xp, lame to the ASDS' 69 or the ABEC's 79xp)
It takes a while, but the rewards are sweet.
