I have been wondering recently if there is a large demand for Wound Pack B's (Specifically Health and Action) Due to Jtl.
Right now I am making 213 Power 40 Charge Wounpack B's. What should I sell these for?
Also do Rez packs sell well?
What about Stim Packs?
Suggestions for opening up a Non-Buff Vendor?

Personally, I never craft wound B's. A person would need 400+ wound points to make using the B any better than an A. Plus... the med use on your Bs may be too high for novice medics to use. I think they sound great, but are probably a bit of a waste... My opinion.
There is definitely a market for crated stimpacks. Also, there's a method currently being used to grind medical xp (to convert to fs xp) that makes rez packs a very, very hot commodity (in massive quantities) - not sure how long this will last.

There is a huge market for every med that isnt a buff. I run the Stims and Cures vendor at probably the most highly visited med shop on Intrepid and I average between 200-700k in sales a day. Sales have been down in the 200k a night range because of JTL but business is still steady. Only bad thing about stocking these kind of vendors is that I requires alot of crafting and it is sometimes hard to keep everything in stock.

Med use on Bs is 5. So any NoviceMedic can use it without any problems. For somesilly reason Woundpacks as well as Stims A and B have both the same med use.

Wound B packs were always one of my best sellers when I actively operated a medical vendor. I sold these in 5 packs at 15 cpu quite successfully.
I made Action and Health in 2 varieties - 180+ power with ASDD, ACDRM, and ABEC and 120+ power with ABEC and ASDD and regular CDRM.
I just made the 120+ power with basic CDRM for secondaries (since very high wounds are much more rare on secondaries).

Stim E's sell very well.
Lots of folks are grinding FS and stim E's are a good way to go. With an 1100/65 you can max out the 80k exp with only two or three stims. So with about 6-7 crates you can finish a branch.
If you have extra exp points then try making stim E's with MU40. They sell fast as well.

So what would you all suggest I stock in a Non-Buff vendor ( I plan to start making buffs as soon as reach 12pt status, currently at 11pt's, plus I need 50 million to get the resources)

I've never even entered the buff selling business. I sell the occasional buff pack, but really only use buffs for myself and my PA. So, my experience of selling medicines is purely from a "non-buff" perspective.
--StimBs always sell. Power 400+ sells better than below 400. No matter number of charges (which is how it is).
--Woundpack Bs sell very well after JtL. At least the Health and Action ones.
--Flame Supp Blankets sell well.
--Rezz kits sell well.
--StimEs are the current hotcakes on my vendor. Mine are 60ish charges and 1050ish power.
--State stims always sell.
Well, you see the pattern?
That brings me to the concluding suggestion: decide what you want to stock, and keep to that plan. When you are confident with the situation, add new medicines and remove stuff you don't want to carry. Word will spread. And remember, it is not an easy market to break into. People have their habits, and you need to break them.

I sell a bit of everything:
Pharmacology Vendor:
Fire Blankets
Rez Packs
All State Packs
All Wound Pack (B's)
High Uses Stims:
Chargesexperimented Stim B
Chargesexperimented Stim D
Chargesexperimented Stim E
High Power Stims:
Power experimented Stim B
Power experimented Stim D
Power experimented Stim E
Enhance and Resist Packs:
Resist Poison B and C
Resist Disease B and C
All Enhance D Stats
And I feel I should do more really, such as enhance C packs... there's a market for everything though! Back to the wound packs, I make B packs because everybody can use them... for me as a doctor I'm not interested in healing wounds, I'll leave that to medic who can benefit much more from the xp... however should I wish to heal wounds for any reason, it's not likely to take more than 1 or 2 uses to fill a black bar with doc's meduse modifiers

I'd also suggest you to make some Stims E experimented on the med use. With 11 experimentation points, high quality fiber and berries you can easily make some 1000+ power, 40 med use Stim E. Those sells like hot cake.

Meds sell...and they always will
Stims
WoundPacks
Rez Kits
State Cures
Etc
They are always popular and the demand is ALWAYS bigger than the supply imo.
My Meds Vendor is generally always over 500 items...but sometimes i find it around 400 due to the rate at which people purchase the products. The demand is HIGH and very few Docs can be bothered to make Meds as there is no noticeable profit to be made from them (when your making BuffPacks mainly
).

The nice thing about starting with non-buffs is that the resources are readily available and not necessarily expensive. For example, on Scylla, you can buy all the materials you need to make 400/40 veggie Stim-Bs at a cost of under8 cpu. No harvesting required.

Yes, this is a very good point. The only thing you might want to try to get, even though it involves tedious harvesting, is herbivore meat. The good thing is that any old herbi meat will result in a higher power aCRDM than any normal CRDM.
Get your friendly neighbourhood grinders to pick up the herbi meat for you, place a few deep crust chemicals on the next spawn of class IV liquid petro fuel, and start make a habit out of making batches (small or large) of aCRDMs using whatever herbi meats have come your way since last batch. It really helps when making any medicine.
