Ok Befor i say thing please dont take this the wrong way. Docs are wonderful and we couldent live without them but...
Why are some Doc so Grumpy and Rude??
Is there alot of Stress in the Doctor profession??
Am i just in the wrong place at the wrong time?
For an Example last night i was in Coronet and went up to a doc and asked for a Quickness buff (For Musican) And she said "Get in line"(15-20 ppl in line at this time) I said "I only need quickness, not a whole buff 
" She said " Well, so do the other ppl, now get in line!"
" She said " Well, so do the other ppl, now get in line!" Please please please Docs, dont take this the wrong way 
. We couldent live without you...

Put yourself in his shoes for a moment: 15 people in line, 8 out of those 15 are sending you tells about how good are the buffs and how long will they last, the other 7 are trying to talk thru the SPAM of Coronet in spatial and expect you to answer them all, and all the while you have to remember who isnext, did they pay, and you have to keep checking your bank account to see if you got scammed with a fake bank tip confirmation. Thru all of that some guy walks up to the front of the line asking for a quickness buff hehe. I keep action secondary packs jut for entertainers and buff them for free on a regular basis, but I wouldn't want one to come to the front of my line in Coronet asking for one.

I don't think that expecting you to wait in line like everyone else was rude. In fact your assumption that you could skip to the front of the line because you only wanted a single stat buffed was, in my opinion, very rude. I understand that it takes 1/6th the amount of time to buff you as it does to perform a full buff, but the people ahead of you in line probably have no sympathy for that. If a Doc lets you jump to the front of the line, he/she will get 5 min worth of hate tells from the people that are waiting their turn, they will probably end up losing business in the long run.
To be perfectly honest, I hate doing single stat buffs. I buy all my buff packs so I have the same amount of quickness charges as everything else. That means that if I provide entertainers with single stat buffs, I will run out of quickness packs before I use up everything else. That bothers me for some reason. I usually only do single stat buffs if I have some crappy, extra quickness packs in my inventory. Otherwise I refuse to do single stats unless the person wants to pay the full 15k.

But is that right for somone to have to stand in a line of 15 for 1/6 of a buff?? I know many Docs have sliped me one and no one in the line had a problem and most all didnt say anything.
This was probley a stupid post of mine and will probley get Ranted out of my socks with ppl. At least yall dont know what Server i live on lol
Again i will say that Doc we could not live with out and i know its harder than it looks!

several ways to p|ss off a doc
1. Durring a PVP battle you dont invite them to your group, then half your group sends tells asking for a res and you havn't consented them and they really dont want to run around all over trying to find your body while they try to stay alive.
2. Durring a PVP battle you dont invite them to your group, then half your group sends tells asking for a res and you give them the WP, they come and die because you led them right to the area were the enemy is yet you didn't bother to tell them there was an enemy next to your dad body.
3. You send them a tell asking if they are buffing while there is a 10 person buff line (i prefer, "can i get in line for a buff, how much?" vs. "Hey are you buffing?" Yes, "Can I get a buff?" yes, "how much?", that took a lot of energy to answer three questions that could have been one while i get 50 other tells asking the same exact thing whilst no one pays attention to the fact that I just said outloud "yes i am, 8k."
4. You ask a doc what their buff stats are (while this is a good question and one you deserve an answer to i would prefer you ask the guy in front of me who has nothing to do but wait for me to buff him, while i deal with 20 other tells).
5. Durring a PVE battle you don't bother to protect your doc, who ONLY came to be on doc watch and give up ANY XP they could gain because they are your friend and they DIE cause you didn't protect them and then people complain because they cant find a doc who wants to sit around heal people for no xp, no loot only to die cause no one is protecting them.
Are those good enough reason?

Lol, I wasn't ranting, just wanted you to get a glimpse of what the Doctorwas doing at the time and why he might've acted that way towards you.

I'm not trying to flame you here, but why do you think that because you want less of something you should be able to go first. Do you go into McDonalds and cut to the front of the line because you only want a happy meal and everyone else is ordering more food?
As a Doc, I make more money doing full buffs than I do buffing a single stat. I want to make the people paying full price happy. I don't really care if you wait in my line or not, buffing a single stat is a waste of my time.

You asked. She answered. She only got testy with you becuase you started whining.
You have no idea how stressful it can be trying to organize 15 people. Everyone wants something special. I am sure she was in Tell Hell and did not have time to argue with you.
Personally I would have zapped you with the buff only becuase I like entertainers. Some docs don't like to give one stat buffs.
As a whole Docs are at their worst when they are buffing for cash. It is the most stressful thing we do believe it or not. Many docs simple don't buff for cash becuase of this. That same doc is most likely one of the nicest people you will meet.

Yup. Is it right for someone buying celery to be behind 60 ppl buying the whole store at Wal-Mart? Yup.
You wait in line, that's how it is.
I hope you don't go to real theme parks this summer, you'll be horribly disappointed.

yea, when that happens to me when i do buff in corenet..which is very rare, lol, i just kinda stealth buff the entertainer, he tips me and walks off, only takes a second anyway....but these docs are right...there is ONE main reason i dont "squat-n-buff". Its because some of these people expecting buffs are RUDE.
and the other half kinda gripes about prices or something else. Only the experienced players know what good buffs are and know that its WELL worth waiting inline for them. But this is just my opinion.

Buffing for cash can be a NIGHTMARE!!!.
In my buff macro I ask for NO BANK TIPS and PLEASE DO TIP UNTIL I START BUFFING YOU. I hate to use caps but it doesn't seem to matter as I am always getting emails saying so and so has sent you money, then I have to recheck my funds and if I ask someone for thepayment they say "I already tipped you". Then I have to go back in my combat chat to find it. Which slows down the whole buff process for everyone.
I've had people tell me "Hey, I tipped you whats my spot in line" and I'm so tempted to say if you read my msg you know that you shouldn't have tipped me until I started on you. I have had some people get pissed and ask for their money back, just because they thought that if they tipped me they whould jump ahead in line. NOT THE CASE.
Please all docs want their payment differently so look at the Docs buff msg it should say how they want to be tipped and please honor this. It will make our job SO much easier.
I'll be honest I have lost my temper and said if you people don't start reading my F'ing macro I'm outta here. I didn't feel good about it but please people Help us Help you.

I wasn't trying to flame you with my responses. You are not completely in the wrong. Some doctors are just grouchy SoB's. I'm a Master Doc, and I am certainly a grouchy SoB. I'm sure there are nice people out there who would have buffed you without pointing to the back of the line, and most people in line probably wouldn't have cared.
Don't despair if you are polite to people, *some* of them will be polite back

LOL ok SOE just take this board off...i was just seeing if anyone els had had the Same prob..The whole Single buff last night was a simple explantion..i wasent saying about that..many times..so just NM the whole post..i must have not stated my question right..SOE PLEASE TAKE THIS MESSAGE OFF!
I understand and say yes that Cutting it bad but that wasent exactly my point.
