Been looking all over web, and could not find a "calculator" that would reduce my headache for creating buff, resource necessities, quality of the resource and etc... sooo....
I created a "calculator" via Excel Spreadsheet, I do not know if I have any error or incorrect information on creating buff and its stats. If you can kindly look it over and point out some error I may be having, I'll be more than happy to hear and change my error.
Thanks

yeah i would agree too but you have to manually calculate this.. whereas mine is pretty much automatic by excel, just fill in blank and itll give ya an assumption of what your buff rating, buff stat, etc gonna be..
I MIGHT even make this into a web type which it would be MUCH easier.. again thats to be seen... Will keep ya all posted...

The calculator is great. I'm thinking that something must be wrong, though.
ABEC
The power and charges seem to be totally driven by UT of the fiberplast when the schematic says that the UT only affects the # of charges by 33%.
ASDS
If I put in stats of 1000 across the board, the result is a power of 32, yet I have old ASDS with powers of 57 and 69.
I think your overall computation of buff power seems about right. When I unprotect the cells and dropin the power/charge amounts for the problems with the above as I have in my inventory, the buff power result is about what I would expect to get. Thanks so much for this useful tool and if you manage to figure out what the problem with the above is, please post and update! 5 stars to you!

Doing a small revision now on the spreadsheet, lets say, theortically for maximum Power/Charges:
ABEC = Charge 15/Power 25
ACRDM = Power 75
ASDS = Power 75
Are those theory correct?

Try again, the link should open right to the calculator but if not, hit ctrl+f and find "Interactive Calculator" you simply enter a few pieces of information depending on your level and the level of your packs. This might give you some ideas on how to integratewhat you have doneinto a web based form. If you need some help with coding or anything should you do this send me a pm and I will give you a hand.

I'll do that... i got most of the calculation fixed, now one thing baffled me...on Advanced Biological Effect Controller, Charge/Power are based on what?
I assumed from reading forum unless I misunderstood:
Charge depends on OQ/OQ *.66 + UT * .33
Power depends on OQ/OQ *.66 + PE * .33
Is this correct?
