Thread: New buff system concerns!
Same price applies, no need to raise. I explain buff variance all the time and people understand it, and I charge 10K-12K.
If they got one lower than they like sell individual stats at 2k per.
I for one will not buff without the money up front, guess it might be an issue if you did not do that. And if they get 3 or so below what I think is par I will give them a little back.
So if thy don't like one stat then make them pay, or do not rebuff the stat
Speaking of the new buff system, though, they said there would be a UI change to it. Is this on the'buff-ee' (client) side or the 'buffer' (doctor) side?
And as for the amount of jerks.. Id say its about 1 in 5. Its really proportional to how much you charge. I'd be a bit peeved too if I paid 10k for a mediocre set. I'll bet that if you lower your prices 1-2k, you'll get less angry customers. At 7k a set, *no one* can complain.
Well I charge 10-12 and 2 per stat and I never get complaints, course I flip a few k back if there are too many that are low also.
And for the person why charges 7k for a set and 1 per stat, I will have 6 individuial stats please lol
Why less than 10k per set? I've not had one question raised when I quote that. I don't solicit buff business, the clients do. I figure if they need me, 10k is a fair price. I also tell them about the variance, and they are all OK with it. I don't tip any back either, and again, so far, I've had no unhappy customers.
I guess it could be different if a doctor is actually the one soliciting for the business.
I charge 1K per stat buffs or 6K min for a set...if the guy doesn't like a buff and wants it changed...no problem...that will be another 1K for each additional buff thank you very much!
