Ok I'm at the end of my rope here I have been trying for a while now to hit 900 on a buff pack and just cant seem to do it.
If anyone could help me I greatly appreaciate it.
Place: Research Center City in front of a 44 pnt crafting machine.
Tools: 15 pn tool
Parts:
Avian 994/596 OQ/PE
Gas 996 OQ
21/14 ABEC
65 ACRM
70 ASDS
I do use polyfil for the assembly and get great successes on every exp but max out at 90% (857 pack) now it seems that i'm missing something major being almost 50 pnts from my goal but I know you some of you hit 900+ with charge exp becs, does the pe matter that much on the avian?

it matters enough to get 900, but you shouldn't be getting 850s with that. 880s for sure, you shouldn't be 50 points from your goal
just like 20

In my experience power on sub comps translate 1:1 to power on buffs (not sure if there is an advanced sub comp fixed bonus). So it means relatively little if you have power 60 or power 65 chemical components, the gas and meat on final assembly are the most important ingredients once you have a decent level of sub comp power. Yep, you need more PE on that Avian meat...

Buff calculator spreadsheet? Do you mind sharing this. It sounds like a great tool.

Yep it's the PE on your avian meat for sure. Total OQ+PE is what matters on avian meat. I ran your numbers thru my buff calculator spreadsheet and arrived at a similar number to what you're getting.

Hey Cas long time no see.
Thanks for the responses I was afraind it was the avian as thats the one thing I probably cannot fix anytime soon just wanted to make sure my sub-comps weren't holding me back.

our fault to make 900+ power packs is in the avian, the components have a part in the power but the real power in any buff packs is allways in the Avian and the Gas stats, using Avian in 900+ OQ and 800+ PE and not bad DR, around 500+ u are set

You also need to pay attention to the DR of the meat and gas, if the DR is really low then you wont be able to experiment the full power, becuase duration and power are both tied into the same experimentation line

For sure the Avian meat -- I believe the math works like this OQ+OQ+PE / 3
PE plays a big part in the str of your buff packs.

Fairly new to Doc....but have you tried using Janta Blood? Works wonders with stims and woundpacks. 1300+ base heal on a Stim D with it at only Master Medic.
