I was recently infomed, by email, that I had been OBSERVED giving medical treatment at below doctor cost and *holds back the shame* buffing 2 people with crappy buff packs for free.(holds head in shame) I am here now to throw myself on the mercy of the doctor community! Please for give my transgresions!!!
But seriously,
When you start spying on docs in hospitals don't you think we have gotten a LITTLE to serious? first of all, I don't charge for healing. Cry all you want but I get more people coming back and helping me out that way than demanding payment up front. I don't condemn those who ask to be paid because thats their biz. Secondly, I don't advertise that I can buff. I usually am taged as an engineer. The buffs I have are usually for me and if someone asks me in a tell if I can buff I usually just do it for free. I do warn them, first off, that my buffs are only from 800-1500 and don't last more than an hour and a half.
thefew questions I would like to ask is these,
If you hate doing the buffing and healing for so little, why do you do it? Change professions and leave the other doctors alone to play how they want to play. You don't see me going around belittling people for charging for healing do you? Last but not least, is it really necessary to send me and email teling me what I should charge?

yeah, some people take it a bit too seriously. You can just look at it as role-playing, though
The AMA is concerned that you are practicing below the standard of care and the HMO's are grateful that you are keeping costs down.

Keep doing things your way. Price fixing through intimidation tactics is wrong.

I am going to LMAO if this happens to me. I recently got 0440 to buff myself and my citizens. I've decided to go to 4440 for the disease/poison cures. I buffed a few folks at the MO on Dant today for free or whatever they felt like paying. If someone sends me an email like that I will certainly tell them to kiss my bootie. Ban me or whatever. I can get someone to pick up my buffpaks if I need to.

I got that same underhanded email. My response totally ripped him apart. I know how much it costs to make a pack down the the power and maintenance of my factories. This is simply the greedy trying to spread their disease. Bravo to anyone who resists.

This is a game. Feel free to play it the way you want (within ToS of course). If there was a required minimum fee it'd be in the game interface.

Oh no... I buff my mates and city folks for girlie giggles... will they arrest me too? And if they do, will getting my entire city girlie-giggling outside the Doc Police Station getme out on bail? Oh, the horror... LOL.
I charge what I want, when I want, according to how I want to cost it. And that's assuming that I even want to provide these services to youonMY own play time in the first place. Demand and supply takes care of the rest. Advice on how Ican better contribute or how Imight negatively impact others with my actions are accepted and welcomed. But no onetells me howIMUSTprice my time, effort, cost of resources, blah blah blah. Well you can, but I'll just use the doc's greatest weapon on you, "/addignore".
High-n-Mighty price-gouging and undercutting Whiners (yes, both sides)telling me what to do with my$15/month can kiss me where the sun don't shine.
Power to ya, Shadeshadow.

I can tell you, I haverecieved several of these emails and some just jumping on me in spatial. I have been a doc since day one of this game, I dropped it for about a month and then immediatly got it back. I have charged the same thing for buffs since day 1. 1k per stat and 5k for the set. I have made millions doing this, I have the most loyal customer base and very rarely buff people that I haven't been buffing for months and months. Buffs are overinflated and the price should be brought down to get all of the part timers out of our proffesion. I applaud you. Do what you want, who cares what some ex hologrinding wannabe buffbot says.
