Will you be using Havla anymore?
For me, the answer is "no".
Is there a real reason to cut only 4 seconds of the buff timer with it considering the cost?

I can't wait to try out buffing without havla. The stomach space saved is worth it. As for the chefs, my wifes char is the chef and I craft most of the foods for her, not having to mess with havla is just fine with me

I haven't been online in nearly 2 weeks. What did I miss?
Is the standard recovery time now 4 seconds instead of 16-17 seconds?

It is 5 seconds now. Havla would take 4 seconds off instead of 15 seconds, this is what made Havla worth it IMO.

/shrug, I never used Havla, never had to. But then again I'm not a huge fan of SpacePort Buffing. I definantly think that Chefs *may* lose business w/ Havla sales. But now that you don't need it, Brandy is going to be Prime.....so prices may go up, I hope not.

Did it actually get modified so thatthe change to WoundHealing Speedeffects Buffing and NOT just Wound Healing?

I haven't tested, but I would assume yes, because both are on the same timer. I haven't heard otherwise, and I sure by now, if that was not the case someone would be pitching a fit.

I just know that the change didn't effect the Buffs on TC when it first got put on there and hadn't heard anything from anyone that it had finally gotten changed.Ah well, guess I bitched about it on the Corre Forum for nothing then...

Texxie, the timer I tested on self-buffs.
I have not tried wound healage yet.
Buffs are the fast now.

Given my results on TC, that was the first thing I tried today. The faster timer does apply to buffs now.

But I've had inconsistent results in trying to figure out what timer to use on my buffing macro (as well as my wound healing macro).
I had some luck with 6 seconds...but after about the 2nd set...I started getting messages saying "you must wait 1 second."
I bumped it up to about 7, and still got fails every now and then. I did about 6 sets of buffs at a timer of 7.5 and it worked, then it still failed in the middle of the 7th set.
Keep in mind that I am in our player city up by the krayt graveyard...so not so much lag, I can only imagine the problems I'd have in coronet under heavy traffic. I can move it up to 8 seconds I guess. However, come on, it said 1/3 the time..that should be UNDER 6 seconds.
I'm certainly greatful that it is now half the time, with is much better than the previous minute and a half that it used to take, but I would like to see the promised time.

Really depends on the kind of starport buffing business you run.. 4 seconds per set over a few hours might add up for the hardcore business buffer, but in reality I think it has just relegatedhavla to the low use pile.

Seems that way I buffed a bunch of folks today and even without havla it was so fast.
Another thing I noticed is that buffing uses almost no mind at all now so I could speed buff without even taking a brandy
