Test Center is coming down shortly so that we can open up the Death Watch Bunker again. Estimated downtime is 45 minutes. No other changes will be made.

Are the hotfixes that are getting applied to the test center (for components that went live) also getting hotfixed in live?

and why is BOUNTY HUNTER armor able to be equipped by EVERYONE?

They are supposed to be. This is a little perk the devs added to the publish for you guys

The description on the boots that I saw in a screenshot read: "Armored boots, favored by Bounty Hunters."

Well the stuff dropping off of black suns on LIVE servers can be equipped by EVERYONE. Go yo Yavin IV or to 0,0 on Endor and you will see the black sun thugs/assasins who drop the BH armor on Live RIGHT NOW. The armro can be equipped by anyone

Umm..no wookiees can't wear it, so I guess not everyone can sorry. The resists havent been that great, but the armor ios a requirment for mandalorian armor, which will probably be able to be worn by everyone too. Can't wait to see chefs and dancers wearing mandalorian armor. YAY

I'm hoping they aventually make it where only Bounty Hunters can equip this armor..

yes but if 500 people say BH only and 10 people say NO FAIR, guess what will happen in the end? We will soon see jedi flying around with mando armor and jet packs
