- Were there any problems with your de-constructed lightsaber?
- Was there any problems with your crystals and pearls in the de-construction process?
- Were you able to tune Crystal / Pearl Tuning without any problems?
- When you were crafting your lightsaber, did your Experimentation Points work the way you expected? If not, how did they seem to work?

When crafting a saber, no experimentation points are granted from the Force Sensitive experimentation line.
Selecting Force Sensitive experimentation should grant +20 experimentation for an additional +2 experiment points to use with the saber experimentation points.
For example Master Lightsaber gets +10 exp points for having +100 Lightsaber Experimentation
with the Force Sensitive Line chosen for experimentation a person should recieve an extra 2 experimation points to play around with, its not happening.
In its description in the Force Sensitive tree it says these crafting experimentation points apply to ALL crafting which should include sabers

The skill mod description for Force Experimentation says this: [on TC... not sure about on TC-Corbantis]
Force Experimentation Points: I am quite sure I read a DEV post somewhere that said with this mod 14 point smiths will be possible, but the current description (and apparent effect) of the mod says that it "increases your chance at receiving an amazing success when crafting any object" i.e. it does not grant more points but increases the likeliness that a given point will succeed... I think the more points version is preferable to most crafters.
The rest of this is what I posted here:

One of my 3rd generation lightsaber cannot be deconstructed. It is 997/1000 condition, 293-597 damage, 4.6 speed. It used 3 poor crystals but still it is my first lightsaber
Another4th generation lightsaber deconstructed and give me 3 pearls. But the stat of pearls are all pretty low. I need to check the stat of the old saber and compare to the new stat with pearls put in.
Twin force crystal can be tuned to color crystals. The name still say twin force crystal cluster, but you can put into your new lightsaber as a color crystal.

Experimentation did not work as expected. I have the enhanced crafting assemblyand enhanced crafting experimentation trees.
When I use the WDG crafting toolkit to make a lightsaber crafting toolkit, I am using the WDG and felt I should get my normal artisan crafting experiment points at least. But I only got one experiment point to make the kit. As an engineer IV and Domestic Arts IV and force enhanced crafting, when I makeANY tool with my WDG I should get all my experiment points.
When I use the lightsaber crafting tool to make a firstgen lightsaber, I expected to get an experimentation bonus of at least 1 point for my force enhanced crafting abilities.
Otherwise, I had mostly great successes and good successes and a few amazing successes.

I agree, the FS expermentation should give theperson +2 expermentation points when crafting anything, including a saber.
Ifitwas intended to do this or not, I do not know.

I personally think that once you have a 12+ crafter already from tapes/mastery, that the enhanced chance of amazing successes is awesome, I rolled a M weaponsmith on TC 2 and was able to make a neat FWG really fast using some stuff I had lying around thanks to an amazing I got on it.

From a general crafting point of view having the Force Sensitive experimentation NOT give an extra 2 points is a good thing. If the line was going to give additional points it would grant a significant advantage to crafters that have done the jedi grindand unlocked. Most crafters have not done this, therefore allowing the few that have this advantage would effectively force other crafters out of the market, until the quests to gain Force Sensitive boxes are introduced. Also, I think that allowing 14 experimentation points would further damage the balance of the game, items crafted by 12 point crafters are already good enough.
Personally, if it does stack to allow 14 experimentation points I will just end up using my Jedi as an armoursmith until the time comes that I can do the Force Sensitive quests on my main character.

Shilak, giving the 2 extra points to crafters will not force anyone out of the market.
Some players have been lucky enough on lowca to get experimentation SEA's giving an additional point or 2. They make some quality items but having a few people with additional experimentation points is not game breaking for the rest of the server. Quality armor is always needed and I frequently bypass some of the more expensive top end suits of armorbecause its not worth the cost vs the usage I get out of it.
