1) Make factional armor craftable, and make it the best armor.
2) Force people to go overt to wear factional armor.
3) If cloned covert, then armor is removed.
4) If switched to covert, armor is removed and they are open to attack by TEF from an overt imperial.
Do these4 things and you will make those that GTEF part of cruel and unusual punishment of those that do not. Also this might just force people to go OVERT to PvP.

I would like to know what you Dev's are thinking of doing. I would hope by now you guys have some type of plan or we may never see this change. This is how it always goes, 1.) Dev's make come up with what they want to do, 2.) Ask what people want, 3.) Do what the Devs came up with in the first place.

CREATE a Respirator that you can where instead of necklace that works like a shield generator, has a condition stat on it and let it loose condition as it absorbs damagefrom poison and disease weapons / attacks

I doubt this will get read...*sigh* I know a lot of flame would come if it did though. Armor shouldn't reduce our stat pools, make it more rare, but the last time I saw armor with reinforcements and hydraulics it was actually enhancing the wearer.

I really dont have a problem with DOT weapons, they just need to limit how high they can go. No loot weapon with a fire DOT should be greater than what a commando can hit you with. Poison/diease DOT weapons should be limited to what a run of the mill CM poison hits you for (not the stuffmade from acklay venom
)
There are some stacked defense players than simply dont die except via DOTS.

Remove high-end pikeman DOT weapons from the game it has turned into FOTM Pikeman DOT wars along with CMs now; Looted weapons from Nightsisters for pikeman are often better than PM ones unlike all other looted weapon types.

A lot of the imbalances would be negated by an enforced play nice policy.

1) 75% CM damage reduction
2) 60% cap on composite resists
3) make mind healable
4) remove group TEFs
5) do this before the damn JTL
6) nobody likes this horrible delay when equipping armor or weapons. it's horrible.
7) give commando a revamp. COMPLETE REVAMP. this profession got the broomstick up the butt, and everyone knows it. the HAR is a weaker clone of the flamer, yet costs more XP to develop. give our mods back. give us some real weapons, so we use more than a damn flamethrower. this bugs me so much. commandos in this game are nothing like they should be. I honestly hope that commandos are the ones effected the most (in a positive way, for once) by this revamp.
8) un-nerf pets
What the hell were you guys thinking when you did this? You know that everyone has been waiting and waiting for this rebalance. People want it more than JTL, it's more important. FIX THE TOILET BEFORE DECORATING THE BATHROOM.
