Variety, plain and simple, personally, I think the loot gen should drop a multitude of items; no-use, component, junk that actually sells for something decent, artwork, house decor, title & or badge, schematic for uber & or not so uber loot(weapons, armor, whatever) Maybe even a custom sign you can put out in front of your house or a schematic for a sign that merchants might like to have. Riding whip for while you ride your mount, or when speeders come out, Fuzzy Dice (different colors of course) I just want to see a lot of variety in what ever is implemented.

Schematics are always a good choice, as are components and resources (1 steel doesn't count...whoever though of putting 1 steel as loot should be slapped.)

droid enhancements (need not be combat oriented) - repulsors, paint, personalities, chassies, commands ... the sky is the limit with droids.

House decorations...I really like the speaker I got from a mission, I just need another one...and then a stereo or something.

more plants...botanists could give quests that end up giving a rare houseplant as a reward.

Loot only has to be cool or rare to be highly valued...it does not have to provide you with super stats/abilities. This game has the most robust crafting of any other game I know of and a fair and organized housing system ... play to those strengths.

I really like the ideas of rare items being found, like decor and stuff. I also really like the uber weapons and armor ideas. These should be seriously considered. It would make the game more diverse by far.

Let me say up I did not spend the 4 days to read ALL of the idea's But i hope the dev's Do thanks

Ok I would love to see.

1. MAPS, These can be to New missions that spawn for more and more missions or Maybe the tell were you can get a 100% of some resorce at that time. ect.ect.ect maybe you gat a spot that you can build a house on a planet that you would not normally be able to build on.

2. DEED's this is your key these could be for... Outhouses , Pet houses, Parks,

Tree houses on endor, secret rooms for a guild hall, locks for rooms, Arena's for fighting with no need to clone while you are in there, a rare Plant or tree or Stone or Rock buy your house, Old droids or New Droids(they dont even have to work just so you can put them in your house),

REAL FISH TANKS, or ponds that you can Stock with fish that you catch,

Blackjack table for my house that works or slotmachines, Bookcase that holds Books that you can read,

3. BOOKS, Maybe you can have books that you can read and you could you use old comic books stories or something or come up with your own whatever,

4. Armor weapons People love this stuff... A dart that you can shoot if you wear this peice or armor or something. or a Dummy you can Dress with clothes and undress, same with armor and weapons.

5. Tatoo's or Body Marks. This is a must people dont care if it is on there forhead that is better then EVERONE will know what they have done.. maybe Even a SCARE if you dont want it DONT do the missions right.

I would think it would be good to add items that are of different types than the crafting classes can make, rather than just crappy versions of what exists. For example, instead of a weapon, armor, or other such drop, have a drop of an item which cannot be crafted or won't conflict with existing crafted items. I'm not sure how vehicles will be integrated, but if there is no crafting class for them, have the deeds be drops, as one example. Cool items to place in one's house (like the krayt skull I saw once) are also good trophies.

About all loots:

1. Let them drop special unique items... smallbut usefull.

(Something, that lets the player once insure allfor free.....something that divides the vendorprices by two for one use.......atravelticket, that lasts for one hour, and lets u travel to any starport for free.........a shield generator amplifier, that absorbs additional 10% ofevery incoming damage......Weak mercs that fight for u for a certain time....just some nice things.....u know)

2. Everyone should drop what he wears. -With a condition of1-5 and no repair possible.

(This is for the starwarsfeeling and for the realism.....and if u guys dont want a pure hackn slay game, u NEED the feeling and the realism)

About the loot for the long hard dungoens:

1.Well..... how about more money and some nice cinematics (Like the game-intro, but better....and more often.....;P) and a better story? Or eventually a nice unique graficset for the dungeon? Uberloot would still be nice for the long time motivation.......

Something, ANYTHING. I put in the time and effort, and actually solo'd all but the first leg of the Rebel Theme park. It was long and difficult, and I died many times doing it. Trust me it is NOT fun to continually make the trek out to the Abandoned Base on Dantooine. But, I did it. I finally make it to Luke's missions, knowing I'm almost done. I finish lukes quests, expecting something really cool. A nice item, a schematic, a badge, SOMETHING cool. What do I get? 50 rebel fp, and HOLOCRON SHARDS!! What the heck is that? I really feel this was a COMPLETE waste of time. So I got a couple of flight suits to decorate my house, big deal, oh and a couple of extremely crappy weapons. What am I gonna do with a Heavy Particle cannon that has a max dmg. of just over 100. It's junk, and a waste of space. I can get a CDEF that's better than the weapons I was given as a reward. Oh but I did get that really cool speaker early on in the theme park. Considering all that has to be done to complete the theme parks, how about making it worthwhile to complete them with something USEFUL.

/rant off

Honestly, I like the badge collecting, I've spent countless hours running around Tantooine looking for those random spawns. I think a badge for completing these quests would be cool. Of course, I really don't want to do the theme park again.

I Would run the same Dungeon or Mission, regardless of Difficulty for whatever time the Devs required of me Just to get my ONLY DAMNED ELITE WEAPONIN MY"ELITE" CLASSUN-NERFED TO THE POINT IT WASNT A JOKE!

Seriously, What if they Nefed all of the flame throwers and other elite weapons to the Point that they did X2 the damage But that a Scout Blaster did more Damage?

yeah Credits to Ham Costs to DPS an expert Made Laser rifle will out perform a T-21 Anyday

the Argument/complaint that it does damage to the (Unhealable)Mind Pool is no Longer Valid.

Start fixing Crap instead of giving us More Broken Crap!!!

Thats easy keep weapons armor and such the best. I dont think thats the issue with players. Just make the loot unique and interesting. Take the Krayt dragon Skull, that is one of the coolest rewards for a quest in the game if not the coolest. Certain unique things like that that can also only be gotten once and not done over and over make it interesting and cool.

Here is a list of home decor that would be nice:

1. More Paintings

2. Life size statues

3. Large Rugs

4. Lamps that actually turn on and emit light

Gear off of Npc's:

A quantity of resource thats actually usuable (when game was released it was out of tune dropping 500-1000 of a various resource. Now its the opposite dropping 1-5 of a various resource. Everyone i know deletes this stuff. except for maybe milk and seafood.)

2. Unique weapons and or armor stuff thats not craftable but also cannot be repaired. So while it may be slightly better than a crafted item, it will decay and wear out during use and cannot be repaired.

Another idea trophie heads. where you can get the head of the creature you killed to place on your wall. Except Npc's for obvious reasons.

Badges for completing themeparks. and Greater credit payouts on the select credit npc missions. None of this will you help me ive got a dying aunt in another galaxy so far away shes in FFIX. Can you take this herbal tea to her and return to me when your done. Some Infinite+ meters away for 300 credits. Or 3-4 or more missions into a thempark to find it bugged and unfinishable *cough* Nyms missions *cough*

Ok, I dunno if this idea has been put on here..I am not going to read through all the posts..and I'm sorry..but..here is my idea..

You go through a long hard quest/dungeon..you kill the big monster at the end..and say in the crate the monster was guarding are all the items+schematic needed for a crafter to make you a full suite of armor..or the items/schematic needed to make a powerful weapon?? This way, it gives everyone in the raid a chance at something useful..even the crafter. They can choose to have a weapon or armor after defeating the monster. Gives everyone a sense of acclomplishment in defeating the big monster.

Just an idea..
