"Drop shadows not showing - Fixed morning of Tuesday, Sep 7"
This should fix the font problem, but not until Tuesday, since Monday is a US Federal holiday.

Let me explain this again.
We do acknowledge and address things that are reported for test center. Just because you see them re-appear on live only means its a new and/or different instance of the bug. Database differences create changes from server to server that can cause things to reappear - - and we address them as quickly as possible. As always, we apologize for the inconvenience and we'll work to repair them as quickly as possible.
Umm, TH, the drop shadow being missing on text never wavered once on TC...it was NEVER fixed after being reported. Sorry to say, but your reasoning that things "re-appear on live [because] it's a new and/or different instance of the bug" is simply laughable. It wasreported. And reportedagain. And again. By many many testers who finally realized what was missing in the text within the game. Some folks knew something made it harder to read text, but couldn't quite figure it out. And nothing happened to solve it - and it went Live. It was as if all those reports and bugs, and pleads for any recognition that the bug did in fact exist, all must've gone into the shredder or in the recycle bin.
This is more than frustrating for your testers, TH. It is very unsatisfying to join in the TestCenter to confirm bugs and weirdness in the game, and have that many posts go unnoticed, and the bug goes uncorrected.
You tell me - what sells this game. If it were stick figures holding 8 pixel lightsabers, would people buy it? In this day and age, no...quality and appearance is everything. By mysteriously removing shadows from text, it's made the game look horribly amateurish and very unrefined from a UI perspective. If I saw this as a new player (how many of those are on these forums or know they exist?) I would think this game looks like garbage, and I can't read anything. 1st day would be the last day.
1st impressions are important. Not just from a UI standpoint, but from griefers stealing your "handy" Helper droid, when you have no idea how to counteract that, or that you even had a Helper Droid to begin with - because when you load, there's nothing there, and you have no idea what that helper droid text box is about. I've helped COUNTLESS new player in Eisley with the /summon griefing situation. How long did it take a CSR to respond to my ticket about the shmuck running around doing it in Eisley and screwing with YOUR customers? 3 hours, TH. Do something about /summon, and respect the people who are providing you with FREE employees to use as testers, in fact PAYING you to test. Don't feed us a line full of malarcky about how you guys do fix bugs, but the Live servers mysteriously resurrect them. The drop shadow on text was NEVER touched or changed on TC. Don't feed us a line, we deserve better than that.
Thank you.
Now, back to helping YOUR new customerswho you guys don't seem motivated enough to help out by just removing the /summon command...
Anyway, would there be a way for people who got free FS-skill branches, didn't spoil themselves with the Village's quests content, and sadly... unlocked a skill-branch they previously had bought from the trainers ? =/
Yeah i know, forums were filled with spoilers on the quest, but we were not meant to know everything before we actually did the quests.
Lots of people did this on live, and thereforce feel quite cheated and disappointed by not receiving their full "compensation" for pre-pub9 efforts.

PLEASE address this ASAP.
3 people in my guild have gotten 4 complete trees unlocked and all had under 5 mastered professions.
There was another guildie that had done about 13 masters Including 4 holo professions and got NO unlocks at all.
Here is the status of all the top issues:
Change going out on Tuesday morning.

I havent had a chance to test any of these. I have been working Very closely on the Hero Quest. I can tell you It works fine so far and that the Vehicle warp bug Fix seems to be working on my system fine also. Not once haveI warped since patch. This is muchappriciated.Once I get more into the "Real" Changes in this parch ( force status - Village - Old man -) and check my vendors out - I will try to post any info realted. As for now everything has been just about the same. Thanks for giving us the chance to post ! Good luck...
Side note: I am so glad u guys did this Vendor change. No one should be allowed to have billions of dollars of items stored on backpacks in vendors... Thats so freaking Lame bro... really its a killer for us "REAL" Roleplayers. I hope those guys who had a million Crystals and 1000 suits of Armour now understand they really should not of ever had that much stuff.

Admiral Ackbar Says: "It's a Combinatorics Problem.
You got 2 trees -- therefore you had 4 silents remaining.
You had 4 silents remaining -- therefore you found 0 of your 4 silents.
You ground 9 of 28 possible professions in your search for 4 silents.
P(found 0, got 2 trees) = 19%
P(found 1, got 3 trees) = 42%
P(found 2, got 4 trees) = 30%
P(found 3, got 5 trees) = 8%
P(had you finished your next one, n=10, that it would have unlocked) = 1%
So. Getting 2 FS trees having ground 4 known holos + 9 others = 19%. You're unlucky. But one out of every five players had the same bad luck as you did, so don't feel that bad.
